Located about 10 km from Port Blair, on the eastern side of the island and on the road to Chidia Tapu. The property is built on a large open space above sea level and has a good view of the sea from above. There are stairs to go down to the sea but the beach is rocky and perhaps not suitable for activities. On certain days one may be able to view sunrise from the grounds itself. Guest accommodation is fashioned as cottages spread out on the grounds of various categories; few of which have a sea view. The rooms are cozy and adequately equipped but could do with better maintenance. Housekeeping staff provided service with smile. For guest dining there is a cafeteria; one can get staple food here. However our attempt to try special seafood was disappointing. In general our experience in Andamans was that cooks and chefs are rarely adept at seafood preparations. There is a beautiful swimming pool and spa too, but no bar. Overall we had a memorable stay and if I visit the place again I should plan for spending a day on the resort itself.
