Location is very inside and congested residential location. Not sure why the floor was so moist all the time even though it was 1st floor. Bathtub was just for name sake . Even if you don’t want to use bathtub you have to stand in the bath tub. Also the extra mattress was so hard. The only thing I liked the service and great gesture by the staff, specially Mr. Kaushik Mukherjee.

The location is not great but the property is okay. What is worst thing about the place is their terms and conditions which is terrible. So we during our 8 days trip stayed here on the last day(our 4th hotel where we stayed). They said they would charge my 6year old child extra and said he is not an infant. On my resistance to it, they said they will see what can be done. We stayed there for a day and when we left in the morning and went for breakfast at around 7:20am ( breakfast starts at 7:30am), the manager didnot say us anything but shouted at his juniors that why we were allowed early. We had said them the night before that as we have an early morning flight, we would want a little early breakfast because we need to leave by 7:45am. And we did not create any chaos when we reached for breakfast instead we quietly wanted to take whatever was available so that we can leave by 7:45am. We were 6 people including a child and 3 senior citizens. But the manager was really rude and loud when he shouted at his junior which we could clearly hear. And he was not at all cordial with us. I won't at all recommend this place . All the places we visited in Andaman had such great service except for this place.

It was great experience, rooms were excellent and pool was amazing. Whole staff was humble, Receptionist Balram was quit helpful in every way guided us for the next trip and booked our rides also. Overall it is great place to stay in Port Blair.

it was a really bad experience, a smelly room , very small
bathtub was not working
not even five extra minutes for checkout
no parking space
flush was not working in the morning
only good thing was a chirpy staff lady but overall not recommended for 10k a night

Staff is very friendly. Best service I got in the hotel. Kaushik ji and subdip ji were very helpful. They both even handled our 2 year old baby at times when we needed. My baby call them Friend uncle. A big thank you for the hotel and staff. Only issue I found was location of hotel.

Bed sheets were smelly.Bathroom curtain was dirty.Overall ambience was not good..Even cushions of sofa in lobby were dirty.Location is also not good.Very tight space of the property.No prper parking space.Nothing to roam about.Cleanliness was a big issue.Internet wifi was given in slips which would disconnect if you leave this property and then he /she has to reconnect from another slip

The hotel claims to be a 4 star while In actuality it can pass off as just a 3 star. location isn’t great. Access to the hotel is terrible via a single narrow lane with no parking.The restaurant is passable, doesn’t justify the exhorbidant pricing. We didn’t use the pool. The overall look of the hotel wasn’t upto the mark. Our room had dead cockroaches and the restaurant smelt of insect repellent. The hotel doesn’t have any concierge facilities as most 4 stars do. Overall experience was such a downer. Govt run establishments are better.
