The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home are as follows: Bedrooms: Primary Bedroom: King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Queen Bed Bedroom 5: 2 Queen Beds Bedroom 6: Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Bed Bathrooms: Bathroom 1: Full Bathroom (Primary Bedroom Ensuite) Bathroom 2: Full Bathroom Bathroom 3: Full Bathroom Additional Spaces: Cinema Room - Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. - No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking. - Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests. - Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so. - No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. - Hot Tub: The Hot tub is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months.. The hot tub is heated. - HOT TUB CURRENTLY OUT OF SERVICE - - Landscaping: Is done once a week. - Security Cameras: Two cameras are installed outside for security, none inside. - Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. *You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified*. - Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
