When I travel for work, I have two set criteria. 1- the place must be safe 2- the place must be clean. Being safe is nonnegotiable, clean it is what it is at times. Upon arrival, I checked into my room and the first thing I do is look at the bed I pulled down the cover and there are crumbs, I pulled down the sheet and there are more crumbs, so obviously somebody enjoyed food while in bed and the housekeepers enjoyed not cleaning the room. I go downstairs and was provided a different room, great! I'll let this go things happen ... I go to work I come back, roughly 9 hours later so that I can just go to sleep and start my day five hours after that, I'm unable to enter into my room the key doesn't work... I go to the front desk and was informed that someone else checked into my room went into my room and then realized they must've had the wrong room upon seeing my luggage.. So they provided me a new key, and I had to guess the rest of the night if I were safe or not. I have no intention to ever stay at this hotel again, it makes me not want to stay at any Hampton Inn ever again as well how absolutely deplorable, how despicable how disrespectful for you to be towards your customers. With all of that side, let's fix a few things as well, the furniture in the main lobby looks like somebody maybe use the restroom on it, or maybe threw up on it. In the morning, you have one individual who's trying to run the breakfast Station answer the phones and help people check out, we all know it's hard to hire help, so why don't you just close up shop, why don't you not overextend yourself, why don't you do a lot of things to ensure customers are properly cared for. Overall stay here if you would like to feel filthy and unsafe. If you prefer the creature comforts of basic, safety, and basic cleanliness, I urge you to say somewhere else.
