The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive—nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, offering stunning views of the lush pine forest and sparkling Adriatic Sea. The food? Simply outstanding—fresh, diverse, and delicious at every meal. The pool area was pristine, with plenty of loungers and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. And the location couldn’t be better: a short stroll to the beach and close to charming old town Poreč. This hotel blends comfort, style, and genuine hospitality into a perfect getaway. Can’t wait to return!

This is an excellent hotel in a beautiful location. Firstly, be careful if you book with Thomas Cook because they use a third party airline TUI and your baggage allowance is only two cases which fit in overhead lockers, so you must pay extra for 1/2 20kg cases. also, you have to pay for your own transport from Pula airport to this hotel, about Euro 140.00 each way. This hotel is highly recommended if you have children, there is much for them to do at the hotel and also in the surrounding area as you walk into the town. The food is good. Breakfast is well laid out and there is a very good choice. The Brunch from 11.00 to 13.00 is also very good. The evening meals are of the same quality and selection is by buffet as are the rest of the meals here, you serve yourself. Beware though, the restaurant can get very crowded when it opens at 19.00 and it may take some time as you have to queue up behind as many as to 20 people before you can chose your meal. It would probably be more civilised if the hotel had two sittings, one at 19.00 and one at 20.00. Our room was classed as superior but it was far from that. It was in fact very small. In comparison to a Premier Inn room back in the UK, Premier Inn rooms are far bigger. Maybe we just happened on a very small room in this hotel. The cleaning of the room is daily if that's what you want and is excellent. Fresh towels every day. The staff on the reception desk are also very helpful.

It was a beautiful experience, friendly and very helpful staff, clean rooms and everything was superlative. The hotel is in good location, close to the see. Very good for the children with a lot of activities. The food was many choices and tasty.

Immergersi in questa natura ed in questo particolare hotel è un esperienza da fare , e’ tutto molto curato in ordine , grazie a tutto lo staff ed al personale così gentile e disponibile, da molti anni i nostri amici vengono qui , e quest’anno ci siamo uniti al gruppo anche noi …

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per tre giorni alla fine di maggio 2025 e la considero un'ottima scelta per chi desidera un soggiorno rilassante e confortevole. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto buono e ciò che è incluso nella tariffa è davvero interessante: colazione, brunch fino alle 13:00 (con un'ampia e abbondante scelta di prodotti) e cena. Molto ben curate anche le aree esterne come i giardini e la piscina. In loco è disponibile un ampio parcheggio abbastanza ben ombreggiato al costo di € 3,00 al giorno. Un ringraziamento particolare alla receptionist Jelena, che ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste con grande gentilezza e professionalità. Consiglio pienamente e a chiunque questa struttura!

Our stay at Sunny by Valamar in Poreč was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by warm, professional staff who made sure every part of our stay was perfect. The hotel has a fantastic location – surrounded by nature, just a short walk from the crystal-clear sea, and close to the charming old town of Poreč. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The air conditioning worked well, the beds were cozy, and the balcony provided lovely views. The food was another highlight. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a great variety of fresh, tasty dishes with plenty of local flavors. There were healthy options and vegetarian choices as well, which we really appreciated. The pool and surrounding area were clean and well-maintained, with plenty of sunbeds. We also enjoyed the laid-back, stress-free atmosphere throughout the hotel – it’s the perfect place to unwind. Sunny by Valamar is ideal for couples, families, or solo travelers looking for comfort, value, and excellent service. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our return. Highly recommended!
