Ein rundum wunderbares Erlebnis im Kronenhof Pontresina, dem einzigartigen Hotel im schönen Engadin. Zauberhafte Menschen, die uns von der Ankunft bis zum Abschied hervorragend betreut und verwöhnt haben. Sie haben die Ambiance ausgemacht - professionell, gastfreundlich und immer eine Portion Humor. So wurden wir zum König. Da stört es auch nicht, wenn der Direktor während unseres Aufenthaltes unsichtbar bleibt.

My stay with my daughter at the Grand Hotel Kronenhof in Pontresina was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt embraced by the warmth and elegance of this exceptional 5-star hotel. It’s one thing to stay at a luxury hotel—it’s another to feel genuinely cared for in every interaction, and that’s exactly what made our time here so special. The service was absolutely superb. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless, comfortable, and memorable. The attention to detail was second to none, and we truly felt that every request was met with genuine care and thoughtfulness. The breakfast buffet exceeded all expectations. We've experienced many wonderful hotel breakfasts, but this one stood out with its incredible variety and premium quality. The selection of exotic fruits—some of which we’d never seen before—was a delightful surprise, and the variety of fresh, vibrant produce and high-quality smoked fish was unmatched. Nothing about it was ordinary! The spa was equally remarkable. From its stunning design to the wide range of services, it offered a deeply relaxing and luxurious experience. Whether we were enjoying the pool or indulging in a treatment, every moment felt serene and thoughtfully crafted. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to a few individuals who made our stay particularly warm: Angel and Daniel from the concierge team, Sabrina at the front desk, and Lorenzo at the breakfast restaurant. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication added a deeply personal touch to our visit. While there are many luxury hotels that offer great amenities and service, Grand Hotel Kronenhof stands apart because of the people who work there. Their passion, warmth, and attention to detail create an atmosphere that’s hard to describe but easy to feel. We are already looking forward to returning next winter and reliving the magic of this truly special place.

Ein wunderschönes, einzigartiges Gebäude. Vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment ein fantastischer Aufenthalt. Das Personal lässt keine Wünsche offen. Herzlich, zuvorkommend, man spürt die Freude. Essen, Wein, Cocktails wunderbar. Sehr schöner Spa. Dekorationen, Bilder, Blumen - fantastisch. Die Lounge lädt zum verweilen ein.

Die altehrwürdige Dame der Hotellerie in Pontresina ist immer wieder einen Besuch wert. Die Zimmer und Suiten sind wunderschön renoviert und das Interieur des Hauses weist viel stylische, überraschende, antike und gemütliche Details auf. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist gut sortiert und die Kellner sind aufmerksam. Von den Restaurants bevorzuge ich das Kronenstübli, wo Service, Essen und Ambiente stimmt. Einziger Minuspunkt: wer keinen Alkohol trinken möchte findet hier keine Auswahl an adequaten Alternativen. Aber auch die Bar hat ihren Charme zum Nachtessen und nicht nur für den Apero oder Absacker. Sie ist gemütlich, stylisch und sehr gut bedient. Nicht zu vergessen der Afternoon Tea, der sehr zu empfehlen ist. Die Wasserwelt des Hotels ist der Favorit meines Partners. Nicht allzu gross, aber angenehm und ansprechend. Auch im Kronenhof gibt es da und dort noch Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten im 5*Bereich, aber alles in allem ist ein Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen.

Location und Gastfreundschaft sind auf Topniveau. Absolut empfehlenswert in allen Belangen. Das beste 5-Sterne Hotel im Engadin - Nicht versnobt aber mit einer bestechenden Klasse und Eleganz. Direktor mit Team sind mit der richtigen Portion Humor stets für das Wohlergehen der Gäste besorgt.
