It is a small hotel. Burger King, Costa Coffee, WH Smith and Gregg are the lobby of the hotel. Very convenient to get food. The staffs were very friendly. Free parking available.

The staff were welcoming on arrival and the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had the necessary soaps / shower gel. Thank you

Amanda was excellent, warm and welcoming and always has a smile, rooms are good especially after a long day , food and coffee literally a stones throw away. As I travel alot , it's nice to relax and know that I don't have to rush around before starting the day again . Thanks Amanda

Very friendly team and great location for getting out and about, good facilities and things nearby, lots of parking available. The room was dated and a bit down at heel and in clear need of some money spending but it was clean enough and had everything we needed.

Such a convenient and accomodating hotel on the M4 services, clean, warm, comfortable, free parking. Ideal for nearby Penllergare Valley Woods. Highly recommend it. Amanda was very welcoming and helpful on reception.

I stayed two nights. I arrived about 11 pm Thursday, 20.02. The entrance is inside the services. The man on reception is very friendly. I was allocated a room on the entrance level,which is the top floor, about halfway down on the left. It was very quiet, as it was in the back. It was a very large room but a little older and would benefit from more plug sockets on the desk and by the bed. The room smelled a little, but this cleared once the window was open. The room had a bath with a shower over, but no removable hose, which I do prefer. Very comfortable bed as always; I slept well. Paid Wifi was reliable, but I had issues connecting to 2 devices simultaneously. Parking outside is free as long as you enter your registration at reception; plenty of spaces are available. There is a Greggs and Burger King on site, which is handy for food. There is a McDonald’s just around the corner and other amenities about 2 miles away (shops/petrol) at Fforest Fach retail park

Apart from some very inconsiderate guests who made a noise ALL night long and the staff couldn't help, it was fine
