Good service, but have problems with electricity. When I'm gonna go out the elevator suddenly off and get stuck for 5 minutes but after that all the staff pretend nothing happened, that is weird

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The building is very old and in need of renovation. The amenities were below expectations—hot water was inconsistent, and basic facilities felt outdated. For the price charged, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, I did not find the stay to be good value for money.

호텔은 밤거리가 화려한곳에 있어서 밤에 밤거리를 돌아다니면 길거리 음식들을 편하게 구입할 수 있습니다. 다만 아쉬운점은 수영장 사용시간이 밤에는 이용할 수 없다는 점이예요

位於巿中心黃金地段 當地一級酒店 很多婚宴。早餐時間夠長 地方大很優閒的感覺。雖然前台懂英語服務員不多但也盡力幫解決問題。可讚。

在雅加達時對哈里斯酒店印象很好，可惜到坤甸的哈里斯發現根本不是同一個味道！ 馬桶蓋壞的，噴淋頭上下移動移動不住，地漏堵水，燒水壺口破掉，房間內還有螞蟻，床單潮潮的🤣🤣🤣也是無語了。 服務員職業精神是不錯，就是設備不行，周邊也沒有好的商場

bilik sangat kecik dan kurang bersih..agak susah dapat parking..agak tak sesuai utk bawa family..harga agak mhal dan blh dapat hotel yang lebih bersih dan selesa..tapi sesuai d tengah2 bandar dan mudah akses makanan..

Nice: Individual staff are definitely friendly and helpful. Location is good except the drop off and parking space during peak hours and days are challenging. Disappointed: This is the 2nd time in 2 years that we stayed here. Couldnt get twin beds although our bookings had selected and remarks for twin beds as well, and we stayed for 8nights. The staff said we had to pay to upgrade instead for twin beds. Swimming pool at the roof top has the best view of the city, but is a little small though.
