Majoituspaikan vastaus: Hello Monica, We are very sorry that you continue to want to denigrate our services, even after we have already replied through *********** and after 5 months of your stay, when you know that your behavior was unacceptable in our hostel, so let's start: - The hostel is a disaster but stayed there for 8 nights without any complaints, having made 2 more additional bookings after the initial booking. This tells how bad we are. -You changed rooms (not 4 but 2 times) because as you made several reservations when you were at the hostel, the rooms you were in were already reserved and as such we had to accommodate you in other rooms, but this was explained to you and accepted by you at the time. - Unacceptable is we assigned you a bed and you change beds and you literally made another Spanish lady cry because you were very rude to her because you wanted her bed even throwing her bags out of the room and pushing the other lady. It was an unacceptable behavior, so we should have invited you to leave the hostel at that moment, which is what we should have done at the start. A lady of your age should know how to behave with other people, unfortunately not the case. - Yes it is possible to miss something at the breakfast but in that case my colleague is there to replenish whatever is needed. - dirty sheets??? I don't understand why you didn't speak to us and made 2 additional reservations for more days. -Yes we have cockroach / other insects and rats disinfection at the hostel, but we are not the ones doing it but a certified company and no, it is not done at night nor is it made by us, this is an idea of someone who really just wants to talk bad about us and who knows that she had an unacceptable and reprehensible behavior in all aspects in the our hostel. All the best for you but we like happy and content people at our hostel not people not people unhappy with themselves that only creates problems with other guest, please do us a favor and DO NOT return to our hostel.
