Used Wyndham's online system to request information about booking a family event with a meeting room and several hotel rooms. I provided ALL the detail requested and after a week with no response, I called instead. The receptionist told me that anyone at the front desk could help me -- WRONG. She was beyond useless and rudely put me on hold several times during my call. If you are not in a position to complete a call with a customer, DON'T offer to help them, or suggest a way they can talk to someone who is actually available for a full 3-5 minute call. Her manner was rude, her helpfulness was non-existent. In fact, she asked me to give some alternate dates for my event and to every single date I asked about, she immediately said the meeting room and all the hotel rooms were fully booked. If you know something (like all rooms and event facilities are booked for every weekend in Jan and Feb) maybe LET the customer know. This was a complete waste of my time. Btw, their pool is closed for "repairs" and they have no idea when it will be available for use. They have not adjusted their rates for this inconvenience... Try the Stampeder Inn - no pool, but a nice breakfast, newly renovated rooms and staff who really care about their customers (and potential customers)
