Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking at the house. Fantastic place to stay for a relaxing holiday - there is everything you need and more. The pool was refreshing. Giampaolo was accommodating and great to deal with. Recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing and peaceful stay in the beautiful Umbrian countrys
