Location is good but the Hotel needs improvement. When you enter the hotel first thing you are greeted by is bad stanch smell of open sewer. Service was very slow and staff lacks pleasantry. I believe it needs some lively atmosphere. Breakfast bar is supposed to be opened by 7.00 but the first day of our stay it wasn’t properly set up till 7.30.

I went to get my France Visa from Pondi and decided to make a vacation out of it. The property is situated in the prime of Pondi, with the finest of sea views. The room opened into the sea view and one hears only the sound of waves at night. While the beach is crowded with visitors in the evening, later evenings and mornings are quite serene. They have a breakfast and rooftop restras and one can enjoy sea view meals all day and night which is the best part about the property. In terms of rooms, there is a lot to be desired as for the price, the rooms are not so great. Service is also below par in terms of employees not caring a lot to make you comfortable inside the room, cleaning schedules or even seating you in restras, I waited for 30 mins at least once to be seated at the roof top vietnamese restra when I had a table booked.

We had an excellent experience during our stay at this hotel. The ambiance is simply delightful, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The sea view added a unique touch to the environment. The staff were exceptionally polite and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. Their professionalism and warm hospitality stood out specially Ashish front desk manager. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and we will definitely consider returning. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, elegance, and exceptional service.

Average hotel Well location is excellent : however the suit was very average : The tub did not work now did the Jaguzi in the tub : food quality was average Paying 24000 per night was not value for money
