Ginger Pondicherry

設施：酒店設施很完善 衞生：乾淨衞生，熱水什麼的都有 環境：環境還不錯，周邊很方便，離法國小鎮很近 服務：前台小哥哥小姐姐服務很好

I’ve booked this hotel via MakeMyTrip after reaching to hotel as it was costing more by directly booking. Checkin timing of the hotel is 2 PM so we waited for more than an hour, there is good space to sit and wait. Later sometime got the room, I would say lift of the hotel is too much slow, by walk you can reach early. Though they say no smoking but when we entered to second floor whole floor was smelling like smoking only. Rooms are good spacious have refrigerator, electric kettle, water bottle, laundry is available. French colony is nearby only just 2.5 KM from that hotel. Next to hotel petrol pump is there, smart bazar is nearby. Room service is not very great as my room phone was not working so we complaint it around 9PM and no one came to look into it till next day complained again. Restaurant is good spacious, food is tasty, it’s beautifully decorated with history of pudducherry. Checkout time is 12 only. Good parking space is also available. As I’ve been many places in Ginger only this was the worst among all of them and Jaipur is best one yet.

The stay was comfortable and the staff was courteous and welcoming. Recommending it to all travellers to pondicherry.
