Came to celebrate my birthday and had a nice time. Everyone smiles at you. Got a cake from them too.. Pro: -Service is super fast and feel like luxury. -Indoor pool was great and very clean. -Gym had trainers in the evening i guess. -Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide. -centre of the city yet so quiet -Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious - iPad with lot of high tech - expresso was had to make but they give help u. - good Wi-Fi - valet parking Con: Asked for room cleaning late evening but didn’t do it. Tv controls in iPad for other entertainment apps are hard .(can provide normal tv control extra too

Upon arrival, there was no welcome drink, and we were locked out of our room for nearly two hours due to a malfunctioning door. We had to call the front desk and rely on assistance from other hotel staff to resolve the issue. The complimentary high tea was served on another floor, but guests were left standing around waiting to be seated, as though there were limited servings. It felt like a chaotic and poorly managed situation. The breakfast buffet spread was the same every day, and the filter coffee was consistently served cold. On multiple occasions, it took over 30 minutes to receive a coffee, and even then, it was cold. Ordering again didn’t help, as the second cup was also cold and took another 15 minutes to arrive. It felt pointless to complain, as the staff seemed indifferent, overwhelmed by the high volume of guests. Additionally, our room was not cleaned properly. After requesting a thorough cleaning from the supervisor, the staff cleaned the room while we were still present, and the floor was left half-wet to dry. Overall, we deeply regret booking with this hotel. The experience was frustrating, and the lack of care and attention to detail made it a disappointing stay.
