Excellent service and hotel amenities. Loved our stay here. Must stay here if you want all the French vibes. The staff is excellent at what they do and they make sure your stay is comfortable and worth every penny. The breakfast menu was extensive as well as delicious.

La qualité des repas laisse vraiment à désirer. C’est vraiment de la nourriture pour tourisme très bas de gamme. Le personnel est aimable et l’hôtel agréable. Néanmoins au moment de quitter l’hôtel ils essayent de vous faire repayer les factures déjà réglées au coup par coup après chaque consommation. On ne recommande pas l’endroit.

Staying at this heritage hotel in Puducherry was an absolute treat! Steeped in history since 1891, the property exudes an old-world charm, and knowing that Mira Ma once stayed here adds to its significance. We booked the Grand King Room, which was incredibly spacious—about 450 sq. ft.—with a well-appointed dress area and a large, beautifully designed washroom. The room featured quaint yet comfortable furniture, with meticulous woodwork and vintage touches, including an elegant old-fashioned fan. The detailing on the doors was exquisite, leading out to a large verandah furnished with a charming chair, perfect for unwinding. The ambiance of the hotel is soothing, calming, and peaceful, offering a perfect retreat from the city’s bustle. The small but pristine swimming pool adds to the charm, making it an ideal spot to relax. A special mention to the hospitality of the staff, starting with GM Mr. Rajesh and his wonderful team—their warmth and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s restaurant, Mira, is immensely popular for all the right reasons. It boasts excellent reviews, and we were delighted by the variety of unique and exquisite food preparations they offer. Overall, our experience was nothing short of fantastic. If you’re looking for a heritage stay with comfort, character, and exceptional hospitality, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!
