Ponce Inlet is an exclusive neighborhood just south of Daytona. The beach is pristine and traffic free making it great for kids, biking, or perhaps a romantic walk. The fifth floor gives a spectacular view of the ocean on one side and the Intracoastal Waterway on the other. You will love the peace and quiet of this area, but yet it's only a short drive to all Central Florida attractions. Visit the historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Museum and enjoy some of the areas best fishing with nearby charters and party boats. Dine at many waterfront restaurants, one just a short walk down the beach. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need for a fun-filled vacation. We have private WI-FI in the the unit and a comfy recliner to watch HD TV. Beachfront property on a no drive beach. Condo had everything that you need plus beach chairs and umbrella. Clean unit that included washer and dryer and covered parking.

Family beach trip We head to Daytona Beach every year for an extended family vacation. We were not able to get our “usual”Room but I’m so glad we rented this unit! The condo is just as the pictures show- clean, comfortable, and cute! The kitchen has just about everything you need (toaster, blender, pots, pans, utensils, coffee pot/keurig combo, and so much more!) and it is in great condition. The microwave was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. The guest bedroom has two twin beds that are comfortable with a dresser large enough to store all your things. (There is no TV in this room in case it matters to you.) The guest bath next door has a shower/tub combo making it easy to relax your own way. The primary bedroom has a large, comfortable king bed, a great dresser and closet, and a lovely shower. All the linens looked brand new. The views from the primary bedroom and balcony are nothing short of breathtaking.

Wonderful condo & location Condo had everything we needed for a quiet, comfortable stay. Short drive to everything and location right on the beach was perfect for sunrises and view from walkway at the front door was perfect for sunsets. Would stay again!

Relaxing vacation My husband and I have rented condos here for several years. This unit was one of the best we have stayed in. The unit was spotless, provided us with everything we need for our stay and was a perfect location. Morning coffee watching the sunrise on the balcony and long walks on the beach couldn’t be better. We will definitely choose this unit next time we visit.

This Condo was pure joy Thank you for sharing your condo. It was beyond our expectations and you provide everything one might want including a juice squeezer for orange juice. The view is magnificent with sunrises at the balcony and sunsets at the front door. The master bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of closet and drawer space. Walk in shower was perfect. We will be back!,

Loved it Harry did a great job having everything you need to get you through until you go to the store. (Soap, dish detergent and laundry detergent. He has a lot of nice touches! We will be back.

Recent stay Our stay at Southpoint was wonderful. The condo was comfortable and the owner was especially helpful when we had trouble with the TV. Would definitely recommend!
