The Fox Hotel

The hotel is authentic, fun, rock n roll vibe, vibrant colors, The employee was very nice, went far and beyond to accomodate me in the room i wanted. It has a table pool, restaurant, arcade. Close to the main touristic attractions.

I had super high hopes for this being a great stay, however while the vibe is fun and energetic, the staff was far from that. Maybe we were too old to stay there ( in our mid 40s). We came to check in at 2pm. The desk girl said no, check in is at 3. I overhead a boy that worked there say, the room was clean, but the desk person replied ,,check in is at 3 and they can wait. Returned at 3 to find no one at the desk but a clipboard with instructions to call this number of we need help. Waited 5 min then called the number but no answer. We waited 10 more min. My husband finally found a girl coming out of the bathroom and she replied she was coming, well she came another 10 min later. We were given wrist bands but no other instructions handed and key and sent to the elevator. No more info. We get into the room, the carpet was definitely not too clean. Amd no hot water in the bathroom, not even luke warmish. And we habe lived in a country that didn't use hot water, so we got by. The place is loud in the evening so be prepared for that. But a fun vibe overall. I see now why the ratings are only passable. I wouldn't recommend if you want to get some sleep at night. Bit if you are there to party this is the place. I vote stay somewhere else, but go check this place out to see and take pics!

Buena ubicación con precios accesible Una muy buena ubicación frente a la Plaza de Ponce y el parque de Bombas. A 8 minutos del Castillo Serralles. Los precios en comida y bebidas en el Hotel son bastante razonables y accesibles. Los empleados muy diligentes y al pendiente de todo, sobretodo si alguna maquina de video juegos se comia el dinero. Es un ambiente bastante concurrido y con música, aunque en un volumen apropiado, siempre hay un ambiente de fiesta.

Awesome place super convenient and close to everything! Great Karaoke and Bar

Muy bonito pero poca presion de agua en la habitacion, el parking es compartido con otro hotel y tienes que caminar y no es muy seguro y necesita más limpieza en la habitacion.
