il cibo è immangiabile , il posto sporco è vecchio , il personale maleducato e non ha rispetto per chi paga e mangia , chiudete perché non siete cosa di gestire un ristorante in più c’erano dei tovaglioli stelle tovaglie per coprire le macchie e i peli presenti su di esse, senza parlare delle tende ammuffite insieme anche alle coperture delle sedie

mangiare orribile, piatti bicchieri e posate sporchi e inoltre il personale non disponibile. Mi sono stati serviti degli gnocchi alla salsa che ho provato ad assaggiare, ma senza alcun risultato poiché la salsa era acida e faceva rimanere un retrogusto acido e molto sgradevole

Eravamo già stati in questo albergo anni fa e lo avevamo scelto anche per la vicinanza agli scavi e alla circumvesuviana; allora la struttura e le camere erano piuttosto datate; da qualche mese l’albergo è stato completamente rinnovato e le stanze sono molto confortevoli belle ed insonorizzate; la colazione offre molta scelta e i prodotti sono ottimi. L’albergo ( che è un quattro stelle )offre molti servizi tra cui il parcheggio gratuito,per noi è’ stata una piacevole sorpresa e ci ritorneremo con piacere anche per il calore del personale che ti fa sentire “come a casa” ma sempre in maniera molto professionale.

Un bel hotel in stile con camere ristrutturate proprio sul piazzale degli scavi di Pompei con parcheggio riservato e uno spazio esterno ! Personale attento e cortese anche nei confronti del nostro cagnolino ! Colazione piacevole e varia Da tornare

Hotel molto comodo per visitare gli scavi di Pompei e anche i dintorni (es Salerno e Napoli) per la vicinanza della fermata della Circumvesuviana. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 in una camera definita "junior suite con terrazzo": a dor vero era una camera quadrupla ampia e con un piccolo balcone dal prezzo forse un po' eccessivo, considerando che la prima colazione è stata piuttosto deludente (cornetti surgelati, caffè da macchinetta automatica che si bloccava continuamente, prosciutto cotto di pessima qualità) Si certo non si può considerare un 4* Da salvare: cortesia del personale, possibilità di parcheggio gratuito

Individuato per la volontà di alloggiare vicino all'ingresso degli scavi, è stata una vera sorpresa (soprattutto per alcune recensioni non conformi all'attuale realtà). Ristrutturato di recente. Stessa valutazione per la pulizia ed ospitalità. Complimenti

The hotel itself is gorgeous, but our stay was made absolutely perfect by the attentiveness and warmth from Tina. She personally showed us to our suite, gave us a tour of the room, and even helped carry up our dinner when I got takeaway from a local restaurant! The balcony view was absolutely breathtaking. As for the location, you go outside the hotel and it’s a short walk to the ruins of Pompeii. I’d definitely go again!

Restaurant experience was awful. Man with guitar interrupts our lunch to sing loudly. I would've preferred to eat in peace, but he goes to every table and forcibly tries to involve guests and get them to sing along. Afterwards, he goes to every table and demands tips. I give him a couple of coins, which he throws in my face and rudely shouts something in Italian. Please leave guests to eat in peace, and don't force a musical performance / expensive tips. I never consented to any of this.

I visited in April 2023 I went to stay there with my schoo. The food and the rooms were good. It was a receptionist for me. When me and my classmates went back to our hotel rooms, we were chatting and he shushed us. He complained to my teachers about us visiting our friends rooms. There were loud Italian kids staying there too. I once saw them drop something down and it landed near the front desk. He did NOTHING to them. Even my teachers didn’t like him that much.
