Stayed in one bedroom unit #203 for 16 nights. It was fantastic. It was a beautifully decorated corner unit on the intercostal with a nice balcony. Location was great with a quick walk to the beach with towels, chairs, umbrellas and wagon provided. Pool was almost always empty and a comfortable place to relax on the intercostal watching all the boats go back and forth. Friendly staff was excellent and attended to the few requests we had immediately. A laundry room is provided on the premises. We were sad to leave. Highly recommended.

The place was cute and conveniently located. We liked that we could walk to the beach and some restaurants. We had a unit right by the pool. The patio and garden area in front of our room was nicely landscaped with tropical plants. On the less positive side, the shower had not been cleaned when we got there and was kind of gross, but management was responsive when we called and sent someoene to clean it promptly.

Nice location
Located on the Intercoastal waterway. Convenient to shopping, the Pompano Beach Pier, the Hillsboro lighthouse, and Lauderdale by the Sea beach.

Toweless stay.
8 days and only one change of new towels. No bed sheets were changed. No extra garbage bags, no schedule for getting any linens changed. Extra 25 dollar charge on a bunchnof weird rules. The view,pool and price were decent. Pretty quiet stay.
We usef the grill but we were not aloud to set a towel on top of the unused grill nextbto us, to dry out the towel. The owner told us to move it. It had a grill cover on it and no other people were around wanting to grill. Why was the towel hurting her so much being on it? Prob. gonna get charged extra for that...
Procing was tolerable.
