Our stay was extremely disappointing. What was once a 5-star hotel has now become a mediocre 3-star hotel in need of serious repair and renovation. The luxury junior suite we booked hoping for a pleasant stay turned out to be - as you can see from the photos - an old and dirty hotel room that had long lost its luster it had 20 years ago. Rotten door frames, dirty faded carpet, peeling wallpaper, a bathroom with mold, dirty torn curtains. Oh my goodness!!! Service: the hotel is preferred for its spa center, which offers mud baths and lye treatments - yes, but no. They are offered only after examination by a doctor - yes, I understand, I agree. But where is the "hotel doctor" who can examine us so that we can be admitted to the desired procedure? He has been gone for two days... one day he left, the second day he was an hour late and in a hurry... Oh my goodness! This is called 5-star service. Due to peculiarities in our diet, we preferred the option without dinner included. Great, the hotel has a restaurant. Yes, but no - there is no option to order in the restaurant. At the entrance they tell you that it is not working and you can only have dinner there at a buffet for an additional fee... Okay, I agree and accept it, but please don't mislead users. Overall, avoid this place unless you are determined to test your patience or are taking an "anger management" test.
