Festa Via Pontica

We had wonderful stay at this large holiday resort. The Festa Via Pontica was the perfect place for our relaxing break away. The food was plentiful all day, plenty of choice with great pancakes and omelettes for breakfast, freshly made. The hotel was well cleaned daily, our room had everything we needed from great aircon, a safe in the room, a balcony with seats and clothes drier and very comfy beds. Our fridge even had drinks in that we could have. Bathroom came with shampoo, shower gel and soap. The hotel has lifts and ramps. We enjoyed our wine tasting evening at the start of the holiday in the wine cellar. The beach was golden sand and warm sea and as the hotel has its own section you do not need to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas. The pools at the hotel were refreshing and there were plenty of beds (and parasol)s there for me to lie on. I loved being able to get a coffee or hot chocolate from the machine when I wanted one. It was great to be able to fill a water bottle too. We dont have children but there was entertainment for them and parks in the hotel to play in with a small pool for little ones. The animation team are great and work very hard to entertain you if you want. We enjoyed the Folk dancing night and Film Quiz. The staff mostly speak English so we never had a problem being understood, all the staff we encountered were polite and helpful. I dont know any names apart from Kevin who was great help to us on the night we arrived when we couldn't get our safe to work. We had a great all inclusive break and would love to return again.Thank you.

Reception Nikola, Nikolay seems super friendly, also the Animation team such as Stephan and Leona was super energetic a friendly. The food was average. staff of the hotel was OK. Its also very close to the beach. Overall i would recomend this hotel for my collages and friends.

I would like to express my great gratitude to the team of Festa Via Pontica, as I would like to note that our rooms were very good and also cleaned constantly. The restaurant was on a very good level, as well as the food in it. I would like to thank for the good service during the whole time from the reception staff Ani and Ivo, as well as from the bar station team Martin and Nikola.
