Wave Resort - Ultra All Inclusive

Hotel bardzo rozległy, piękne i duże baseny. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, duży wybór. Siłownia czysto i higienicznie. Pokoje przestronne ( polecam te z bezpośrednim dostępem do basenu), czyste, zadbane. Mini bar uzupełniany codziennie. Jedynym mankamentem jest plaża - mało leżaków, które nie zachęcają do korzystania ( brudne). Plaża publiczna.

Most amazing week in this beautiful hotel. Although the hotel is in the middle of nowhere there is a beach just right outdide was a lovely walk each day and the sea was quite warm. The hotel is spotless and very well maintained. The staff are really nice and helpful,and work 24/7. The rooms are brilliant and very spacious with lovely views, the rooms are kept spotless with clean towels every day, the fridge is replenished every day with water, beer,coke and a kit kat (all inc) such a lovely gesture. There are slippers and a robe too if needed. The food is amazing (no one will go hungry) there Is so much choice, the restaurant is huge and plenty of tables this is also kept spotless and staff are on hand if anything is spilt or dropped! The drink selection in the restaurant is good and like how you can help yourself! The food huts round the pools are brilliant too and such a good selection (just too many wasps). Didnt get a chance to use any of the other restaurants as they were fully booked, which was a shame as they looked lovely too. The pool areas are stunning and love the adults only section, was so peaceful we couldn't hear the noise from the children's area. Plenty of sunbeds and canopies. Only down side water in the pools were very cold! Tried the indoor pool on one of the days when the weather wasn't too good it was nice too. Entertainment wasn't that good at night although everyone's got different taste! Only 1 thing at night when adults were trying to have a peaceful drink and natter, there were quite a few kids running around, 1 was even on a scooter racing round nearly knocked into a waiter with a tray full of drinks! ( this being the end of September when kids should of been back to school) so maybe a quieter area for adults only would be nice! Another lovely gesture whilst we were there 1 of our party celebrated her bday, she returned to her room to find a card and bottle! The free shuttle bus was nice too although as it was end of season once we got to pomorie everything was closed. All in all a brilliant relaxed holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel especially if anyone is travelling with children the water themed park looked fabulous.

Thank you Wave resort Pomirie for a wonderful holiday, the food was excellent, the entertainment was great, the staff at the wave were are exceptional,but i must give a special mention to MIRA Jet2 Rep so helpfull and the ultimate professional, and a charming manor, I will certainly come again, in fact I have already booked for next year ! One of the best all inclusive hotel resort I've visited. The spa facilities are excellent. The best I’ve ever tried. I would recommend the wave massage,salt room, and the salt Hydro pool. I will definitely be trying the rest when I go back. The staff are very helpful and always greet you with a smile. Plus, I was able to drive my scooter straight into the spa area, which was a bonus. Which I managed to hire out there. You won’t be disappointed, something for everyone. See you soon ️

Very nice hotel. Every room has view to the see. Room is space, in modern style with big terrace. The hotel has big self-service restaurant and some buffets by the pools. You can find there enought seats and umbrellas. The hotel has a lot of pools, but they are with cold water. The beach close to the hotel and you can wall long time. Wave resort is propably the best 5* hotel in Bulgarian coast.

Having just returned from Wave Resort, we cant fault the hotel. It is spotlessly clean, relaxing, has an abundance of sunbeds, great selection of drinks, food always fresh and a great selection of snacks outside of designated meal times. Hosukeeping staff kept out room clean to a great standard and we had no issues with our room whatsoever. Evening entertainment was a little bit short and sweet but that's perfectly understandable as it's so late in the season. This definitely isn't the hotel to come to if you're looking for wild nights. The lobby bar in the evening Is a really relaxed vibe with live music, quizzes etc. The animation team are such a credit to this place. Everyday KIKO would come and round us up for games by the pool. Many laughs were had and we will genuinly miss the fun he brought to our holiday. Our dilplomas for winning games will adorn our walls for all time :) This hotel is without doubt a 5 star resort and I have rated it as such above. There is only one small issue that I felt let it down at times and that was the attitude and tone of the bar staff at times. We were often left to feel that we as guests were a bit of an inconvenience to them. We would often know that they were talking about us, briefly making eye contact then looking away. We tended to notice that some customers, generally pretty and female, were treated in a very friendly manner wheras most others were greeted with a grunt or a stern unfriendly face. On the whole though, the positives far outweigh the negatives.

Beautiful clean hotel,room cleaned everyday,plus fresh towels,my only issue is the other guests here the polish and Russians, we can not relax while children play in children centre as these people think it’s acceptable for crab a autistic 5year olds arm this didn’t happen once a few times actually,I came with 3 of my children 5,11,14 year old,my oldest got bored from 6pm and onwards as that’s when the water park closes.the pools are absolutely freezing,but I can not fault the staff or the hotel. But don’t think I will return again
