Royal Hotel and Suites

Visited as part of a jet 2 holiday at the end of April and had a lovely stay. We booked on of the private pool rooms and the room itself was amazing! Rooms cleaned daily, lovely decor and had all the amenities we needed. They provided a good clean travel cot (some hotels they can look questionable but this one was perfect) with child's bedding. Robes, slippers and pool towels were also provided in these rooms. We did find the private pool was cold but you can pay €100 per day to heat this (something I do think jet 2 needs to advertise better) which if you're heating for a while would be costly. We paid for 2 days and this allowed us to use it for around 3-4 days as the rest of the time we were out. We used the car hire locally and this was all arranged via the reception who were always on hand. The hotel has a car park available so we had no stress finding somewhere to park the car. The car hire company also provided a baby seat. Staff at the hotel were wonderful, all friendly, polite and made a fuss of our daughter. For children there is an outdoor area containing a slide, sea saw, 3 different swings, outdoor chess and crazy golf. There are also swings, sofas and loungers for other guests. There was no entertainment during our stay, I don't know if this is just not provided at this hotel or perhaps only provided during peak season, however this wasn't a concern for us. Food and drink was as expected for an all inclusive but there was plenty of variety and service to re-fill items and clear plates was always on form. The snack bar serves hot dogs, chips, burgers ect and the only thing I would honestly change about the hotel is that they should serve Gyros at the snack bar instead. One of my favourite things in greece is too eat gyros however there are none at this hotel. We found plenty when out and about exploring though. The beach is just a few minute walk down the road where you will also pass the supermarket for any supplies you may need. There is a lovely beach bar at the end of the road also. The beach bar connected to this hotel was not yet open for the season when we visited but I saw signs that the hotel provide a shuttle to this when it is open. If I was to visit this area of Greece again I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

A wonderful stay from start to finish. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the AC worked perfectly. Pool area had enough space for everyone and never felt crowded. Staff were always smiling and helpful. Great service and relaxing vibes throughout the hotel.

Hotel a Polichrono in una area con prevalenza turistica del Nord Europa...ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia ed abbiamo avuto due camere. Senza chiederlo a me e mia moglie è stata assegnata una suite con piscina privata... Davvero inaspettato ma molto apprezzato.la stanza completa di tutto, arredamento moderno con un bagno non grande ma con finitura di pregio, doccia con parete in cristallo walk in... Dotazione completa di prodotti per igiene personale ecc.... Letto molto comodo, scrittoio, divanetto e piccolo angolo arredato con lavello cucina e macchina caffè Nespresso. L'hotel è molto pulito ed il personale è molto presente nelle parti comuni che vengono manutentate di frequente. Il wifi funziona in tutta la struttura. L'hotel è molto silenzioso e non è disturbato dai rumori del traffico in quanto non è posizionato sulla strada principale ma si accede tramite viottolo privato. La ristorazione potrebbe essere migliorata ma è evidente la maggioranza di ospiti inglesi o nord europei di conseguenza è principalmente rivolta ai loro gusti. In ogni caso sia a colazione che a pranzo e a cena si trovano sempre pietanze di discreto livello. Si potrebbe migliorare la variazione delle preparazioni che sono un po' ripetitive. Cio che si dovrebbe migliorare sono i dolci che sono sempre gli stessi. Il personale parla prevalentemente inglese ma sono molto gentili e disponibili. È un hotel che è posizionato in ottimamente per visitare le spiagge che sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti. Sono rimasto soddisfatto ed è un hotel in cui tornerei volentieri.

Reckon it’s a 3-star hotel with one bar wifi connection Actually totally agree with the previous reviewer and a very fair summary re disappointing food/drinks (3-star review/3-star hotel) I just dropped a star on their rating for the poor wifi. In 2025 it's fair to expect a 4-star hotel to offer a reasonable wifi service, plus it was an unsecured network (which isn't the best situation) During my stay, without any warning they changed from an open log in to a code per device, which knocked everyone out until they got a bit of paper with a code. Hopes for any improvement in service were dashed as it was just as poor. My take on this is that it depends on 1) distance from main router (probably in reception, which meant taking device nearer there to re-connect), and 2) its capacity (service slowed further in daytime when more users). Disappointing but see tip below before you travel. (ensure you have a good data roaming GB allowance, the 5G network is fine)

Sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt, Familiär geführtes Hotel , junges nettes Personal . Essen sehr gut , Sauberkeit Top! Zimmer schön eingerichtet. Pool sehr schön, Anlage gepflegt. Süßer kleiner Ort mit schönen Tavernen und Restaurants , der Strand war sauber .

Pictures are very misleading and not the ones advertised online. Please see photos which was taken during trip in October. Hotel is not right by the beach and is a 8 minute walk across a very busy dangerous road. Food buffet average. Cocktail drinks are not cocktails and come from a vending machine behind the bar which tastes awful and disgusting and definitely not cocktails. Definitely not a luxury hotel. Hotel staff are okay but I think if you are looking for luxury you need to look very carefully as this is not it.
