Royal Hotel and Suites

We visited with our two children and had a fantastic time. The hotel is very family-friendly without being too loud. The suite with a pool was ideal for us—private yet safe for the kids to splash around. The staff were kind and always had a smile for the little ones. The food was delicious and fresh every day. The beach nearby is sandy and shallow, perfect for families. We would absolutely come back again.

The hotel perfectly blends a luxury atmosphere with a relaxed, laid-back vibe. Our suite had a private pool that was cleaned daily and gave us the privacy we were looking for. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the rainfall shower was a nice touch. We loved how quiet the area was in the evenings—perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were helpful, polite, and always smiling. A perfect escape in Halkidiki.

From the moment we arrived at Royal Hotel and Suites, we felt completely welcomed. The check-in was smooth, the staff were incredibly warm and friendly, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. We stayed in a suite with a private pool, and it was nothing short of magical. Every morning we enjoyed coffee on our terrace, and every evening we relaxed under the stars. The location is ideal—close enough to the beach and local shops, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. We’ll definitely be coming back!

What a beautiful stay! The Royal Hotel is tucked away just a few minutes from the sea, making it the ideal location for those who want to enjoy the beach and then retreat into peaceful luxury. The hotel has a very romantic atmosphere, especially at night with the lighting and gentle music around the pool. We loved every minute—from the welcome drinks to the beautiful farewell gift. It felt like we were leaving friends behind when we checked out.

Enttäuschendes All-Inclusive – definitiv nicht empfehlenswert Ich hatte mir von einem All-Inclusive-Urlaub deutlich mehr erhofft. Leider entsprach das Angebot in keiner Weise den Erwartungen. Das Essen war eintönig, oft lauwarm und wenig abwechslungsreich. Viele Gerichte schmeckten fad oder waren offensichtlich aus billigsten Zutaten zubereitet. Nach ein paar Tagen konnte man es kaum noch sehen. Frische oder regionale Spezialitäten? Fehlanzeige. Die Getränkeauswahl war ebenfalls enttäuschend – Softdrinks aus dem Automaten, wässrige Cocktails und kaum Auswahl bei alkoholischen Getränken. Selbst Kaffee und Wasser waren außerhalb bestimmter Zeiten schwer zugänglich. Zudem war das Personal teilweise unfreundlich oder überfordert, besonders zu Stoßzeiten. Lange Wartezeiten an der Bar oder beim Buffet waren die Regel. Die versprochenen Snacks oder Zwischenmahlzeiten waren entweder nicht vorhanden oder von so schlechter Qualität, dass man lieber verzichtet hat. Fazit: Das sogenannte "All-Inclusive" fühlte sich mehr nach "Minimal-Inclusive" an. Ich würde dieses Angebot definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen. ---

An honest review... Let's start with the good,the hotel is very clean and tidy,staff are pleasant and welcoming and its location is pretty good for access to the small village.Our room was spotless.Food selection although limited is good. The bad..... We paid extra for the junior suite with private pool.. huge mistake.There is NO sun to this area,its completely in the shade all the time.The private pool is freezing cold but you can have it heated for a whopping €100 per DAY!UNBELIEVABLE!This ment we never used the thing we paid extra for,complete waste a of money. You can only order 1 drink at a time,this is ridiculous.The private suite area is set back from the main [very small]pool so if you wanted drinks there would be back and forth forever getting drinks,this needs reviewing surely as its not like this hotel is an 18-30 rave centre. This hotel is very small,NO entertainment of any kind on the evening or throughout the day. The village is very pretty but very quite with just restaurants and a few shops,no real bars for drinks or a sneaky karaoke night. Not enough sunbeds to accommodate guests and as per many try to get towels on at stupid o'clock. The greece holiday tax is taken at reception by CASH only and the hotels ATM was not working so on arrival after a 3.5hr flight and over an hour on the coach to the hotel you have to then go find an ATM in the village which you've never been too...wow! There are far too many negatives about this hotel which outweigh the good in our opinion, we certainly would not return. If you want a holiday of doing nothing, literally sitting in the sun then this is a good option, if you can snare a sunbed.Good luck with that,least you'll get your steps up going to and from the bar for your 1 drink at a time.
