Yes, it is an excellent hotel and probably the most advanced in Palolem, but the hotel has a lot to improve, the wireless internet is very weak, the beds and pillows are really uncomfortable, the price of the food and massage in the hotel is more than twice as much as outside, the massage prices do not include taxes and this is not great, the kettle in the room did not work, And there was a smell of sewage from the bathroom, other than that it was good. I wouldn't complain about any of this if the room price wasn't nearly $100 a night.

Everything about our stay was awesome. Location is very near to palolem beach and main market. Good well maintained property. Very good hospitality. Breakfast spread is good. We had our 1.5 years baby with us and all the staff were very helpful and quick. Dipankar was very helpful at restaurant.

After carefully choosing a place to stay in Palolem we felt we hit the jackpot after reading the reviews for the Sorbit Sarovar. We felt it met all our expectations but how wrong we were. The place is dirty, service poor, the pool area inadequate, WiFi rubbish, bedrooms average and breakfast service non existent. A complete disappointment after paying less to stay in Calangute at the Andorres Hotel which was superb and spotless in comparison. We reported a leaking, broken kettle, a tv remote not working & one missing, a fridge not working and towels not replaced. The pool area and surrounding area is not maintained. The walkways were not cleaned the whole time we were there, leaving sandy dirty pathways. The pool is dirty, other guests also complained, the water was cloudy and not topped up. The pool tiles were dirty and beds were not cleaned after use. There are only 12 sun beds, which is not enough for the size of hotel. The staff thought it was ok to break their own rules by serving drinks in glasses not plastic. Suffice to say they got smashed leaving it dangerous for anyone including children to walk about with bare feet when exiting the pool. I complained to guest services but felt it wasn’t taken seriously. At breakfast we ordered eggs and on 3 occasions out of 5 we either waited over 20mins or received cold hard eggs or only one that was broken. An omelet didn’t arrive at all for my husband and the Manager wondered why we got upset, when we got fed up of waiting & chasing our orders. The floor staff were great but the food ordering station & service was poor... the staff need training. There is not much choice for westerners so getting the eggs right was important. I was impressed they had HP sauce! If you need good WiFi, go somewhere else. It is the slowest I’ve experienced in India. We had a business to keep in touch with in the UK, which was excruciating as it would not load. This is a 3* hotel at best and very overpriced. Do your homework and stay somewhere else.

This is bang for the bucks property compared to other places in goa with similar experience/luxury. Service, experience, amenities, staff, food, everything to praise about. Advice to book directly with the property for good deal. Opt for dinner buffet in the room package, worth it.

Everything was perfect – from the location to the cleanliness and the staff. The beach, restaurants, rentals, and sports activities were all within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of options
