A value for money experience. The hotel is very clean with friendly staff all round. Located in a very quiet area just within reach of all important amnesties!

A little disappointed Checking in was quick however our reservation was missing breakfast so that was a tad disconcerting. However Michelle was great and made a note on the booking. We were in room 107 which was at the rear of the hotel and had guys grinding and constructing into the evening. We had to ask reception to ask them to stop. Our room was interleading and the family next door had young kids who were incredibly noisy through the night and again at 05:30 in the morning to the point where I had to knock on the door. It made for a tough night We missed breakfast due to an early drive and upon our return around 20:30 we realised there was a concert of sorts which ran through the night until around 06:00. It’s very unfortunate that the hotel seems to have been built to service events around the area but isn’t equipped with a high level of noise cancellation capability. Breakfast was pleasant with the exception of the coffee machine randomly rinsing itself into my cup after I had left my cup filling up as I got hot food. The smell was foul and that put a dampener on an otherwise good breakfast offering. Small details like the charging ports not being on both sides make for awkward charging ability where couples are involved

my stay at park in was good, the only thing which was disappointing was how i struggled to get cold water due to my room did not have a fridge

Tranquility at its best the place was not hard to find and had the waiting period on arrival is not much the staff know what is expected if them. Keep up the good work definately coming back again

Not up to Radisson standard The staff at the hotel were very friendly, but a bit unprofessional, just need a little more training, then the room itself was dirty, the floor was very dirty and the walls of the shower, both had mud marks everywhere like it hadn't been mopped or cleaned (Only our bed was fresh), and the shower water smelt terrible, not sure if you using borehole water or what the issue was but smelt disgusting, the hallway outside the room also smelt the same, and the hot water served with our tea at the restaurant used the same water and we could smell it.

change your bedding. Replace the pillows you are currently using pillows. change bathroom soap every day. Make sure you monitor that food is not finish. we should not wait for food.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and exceptionally helpful, making it feel like a home away from home.

The breakfast food was not fresh, staff in the kitchen not friendly. The hotel is promising the location is easily accessible close to the airport and stadium. Please introduce gymnasium. In future I will consider using your hotel it has a potential

The only thing I can critique is that the air conditioning doesn't work properly. But i am happy with my experience overall .

I have stayed at Park Inn many times through the years. It is a very nice hotel. The food is good at the restaurant. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. The breakfast is good. Sometimes a long wait but it is good. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I am a missionary. We needed a place to make sandwiches for the children's ministry on Saturday. They let my team use a conference room and privided utensils for us to use plus stored them in the fridge until the next day. I will be back again. Very nice place to stay.
