Really nice room nicer than expected and an upgrade and location was super

We hadden het appartement op de begane grond. De verhuurster was heel erg aardig, hoewel we veel te vroeg op de stoep stonden. We kregen veel tips voor ons verblijf, het parkeerprobleem werd soepel opgelost in de drukke straatjes, en het appartement was erg leuk. Achteraf hadden we wel graag de keuze gemaakt voor het appartement op de eerste etage vanwege het balkon met uitzicht op zee. Tip: kijk daarnaar. Maar we hebben heerlijke dagen gehad.

As soon as we arrived outside and met the owner we were greeted with smiles and welcome hugs. Beautiful and stunning exterior with a visual of pure Italian vibes. We had the upstairs with 2 double beds. A beautiful bathroom and at the top the kitchen with a roof terrace which has a sea view but also a view of the real feel of Puglia with locals sitting on their balconies smiling and waving which is what I love as much as the ocean. This is properly equipped to cook your own food, make hot drinks and store cold drinks. Greeted with beautifu pastries some fruits and red wine. The place is immaculate and just so delicately decorated with everything u need. 5 mins If less, to walk into the main town with a huge selection of local resturants, bars, shops, ice cream, the beach with views to die for. Our experience was so beautiful from start to finish. You can grab the train which is no more than 10 min walk then grab a bus outside to take you to monopoly with more beaches to try. Over all our experience is up there with my favourite visits and I will defo return to Karen House. Beautiful Tonia the owner was nit just welcoming but also stunning. Fell in love with her too. 💕 see you again and I highly recommend your stay here at Karen House xxxx

Molto curato in tutti i dettagli. La Signora Tania non lascia niente al caso! Molto gradita la colazione offertaci con i pasticciotti di Martinucci (famosa pasticceria pugliese), cosi come graditissima la bottiglia di vino di benvenuto. Posizione strategica, in pieno centro storico. Per il parcheggio chiedere consiglio alla titolare della struttura. Grazie di tutto!

The studio apartment we stayed at was fully self-serviced, at no point have we met with anyone. The keys were left in a safe place, which the owner messaged about before we arrived. The location of this place is superb, literally a few minutes walk to the centre of the town and all the main touristic points. What we were a little disappointed about though was a bit of a false advertising. When we booked our stay, we specifically wanted a terrace with a view. We were picking from a few different places and chose this one, thinking we’d have a view. If we had known that it doesn’t, we would’ve booked somewhere else. Also from a description and reviews, it seemed we would also meet the owner. No, that’s also not true. Zero face to face interaction with anyone. Breakfast consisted of 2 sweet pastries left on the table for us. If we had known (and was made VERY clear in description - which it isn’t) that only the suite has a terrace with a view and there’s no face to face interaction and breakfast consisting of 1 pastry per person, we wouldn’t have booked it. It also wasn’t cheap.. so yes, we expected a little more for our money. Having said all that, the reason we didn’t give 3 stars or less is that the place had so many nice little touches. And the owner talking to us on WhatsApp was really lovely and helpful. As long as everyone knows what to expect, it’s a great place.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte durante il nostro “on the road” in Puglia. La suite è una bomboniera, disposta su 3 piani, con un meraviglioso terrazzo all’ultimo. La pulizia impeccabile, l’arredamento scelto con cura e la vicinanza al centro e ai punti caratteristici da visitare di Polignano mi convincono a dare il massimo punteggio a questa meravigliosa location. La proprietaria meravigliosa ci ha fatto trovare acqua fresca in frigo, succhi, caffè e dei meravigliosi pasticciotti per colazione. Grazie di cuore e a presto!
