The villa has been recently restored keeping in mind its proximity to the sea, comfort and function. The beautifully designed interior with wrought iron and glass details offer a well-lit environment perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. The villa is about 130 square meters on two floors, offering a large, fenced garden with private swimming pool (14x7m) and children's swing set. The villa is comfortably furnished and sleeps up to eight people in three large bedrooms and one double sofa bed in the living room Living area is made up of a comfortably equipped living room with dining area; a large bathroom (with shower) elegantly furnished with sanitary fittings; a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious external living area and kitchen with dining area under a gazebo. The sleeping area is made up of a master bedroom with double walk-in closet, a second double bedroom, a large bathroom and a third double bedroom on the first floor (this is a mansard roof bedroom on the first floor) with en suite bathroom. The living room and all bedrooms have individual air conditioning units. The villa is equipped with an excellent Wi-Fi connection (both indoor and outdoor areas) as well as with a circuit of outdoor cameras and alarm system. From the dining room you have direct access to the veranda, where a large wooden gazebo (about 80 square meters) provides a comfortable outdoor living area. The external kitchen is completed with a large barbecue, refrigerator, wood-fired oven and sink. This area is perfect for having breakfast, lunch and dinner outside while enjoying the excellent temperatures in the shade of the large gazebo.
