From the moment we arrived at Hotel Mount Kailash Resort the front office team made us feel incredibly welcome. The check-in process was smooth, efficient, and handled with the utmost professionalism. Mr. Sushil Rajali greeted us with a warm smile and even provided us with a complimentary upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise!

Hotel bem situado junto ao lago Pewa, Quartos muitos grandes, bem refrigerador, WC bem equipados, a limpeza é excelente, cortesia de água engarrafada disponível gratuitamente todos os dias. Restauração com uma variedade muito grande de escolha, desde a nepalesa, indiana, chinesa, italiana, continental, com os pratos a serem feitos no momento, apenas o pequeno-almoço me pareceu pouco variado e o horário mais alongado (06:30-09:30 horas). O hotel tem segurança privada 24/24 horas. Toda a equipa muito simpática e extremamente educada, estando sempre disponíveis para prestar qualquer ajuda necessária.

It was excellent place located in the heart of the city with exceptional amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our stay was one of the most memorable stay in the recent years. This is now our home away from home and we are sure to stay here when we visit Pokhara again.

Nice hotel that is conveniently located. All kinds of shops, eateries and laundry services are walkable and importantly lake is near by. In house restaurant serves good vegetarian options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff is friendly and courteous.

I recently stayed at Hotel Mount Kailash in Pokhara, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located near Lakeside, making it very convenient to access the lake, restaurants, and shops, yet it’s just far enough to offer peace and quiet. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a private balcony that offered a lovely view of the mountains and garden. The air conditioning worked well — a real relief during the summer heat. The bathroom was clean and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the included breakfast, which was fresh, filling, and had both Nepali and continental options. The dining area was neat and had a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were genuinely warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything from tour information to transport. There’s also a small garden area to relax in, and it has a swimming pool, the comfort and hospitality more than make up for it. For the price, it’s a great value and ideal for solo travelers, couples, or families. A best hospitality in pokhara, it was a great opportunity for us to stay in pokhara for a night. Staffs were very helpful especial thanks to sushil Rajaili for his hospitality. Food was excellent. We definitely recommend this place. We will visit again soon.

Das Zimmer iwar mit einem schlnen Balkon Richtung Pool ausgestattet und sehr groß. Die Hotelanlage sehr schön gelegen und das Personal super freundlich. Auch das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Ich würde dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen

We visited the property a few days ago. From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed by the staff at reception, who greeted us with big smiles. They also upgraded us to their amazing Lake View room, which had comfortable beds and simple yet cozy interiors. The room was nice and very clean too. On top of that, they served a delicious buffet breakfast every morning. In terms of location, it’s close to the lake, with easy access to nearby local markets and shops. Mount Kailash truly offered us great hospitality. We will definitely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Pokhara. A perfect 5/5 hotel!
