Our stay was nice. The hotel staff was super nice. Agabe at the front dest was phenomenal! She was so attentive and greeted us every time we passed her during our 4 night stay. And by our names. She asked us if we needed anything and told us not to hesitate to let her know if we needed anything. My family was there in Santa Diego for the Dia de Los Muertos events. My dad is 72 and and in a wheelchair. A guest parked in the handicap stall who was not handicap and she helped us to get a wheelchair accessible parking so we could load my dad into the car. Both my little daughters just loved her. She is a gem. And a true asset to that hotel. I will DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to my friends and family and 100% come stay here again just because of her. It's very rare and hard to find people like her that don't judge and look down on people like us who look a little rough around the edges. Miss Agabe, we appreciate you very much and pray that you are blessed greatly for the kindness you show all who cross your path. We also appreciate the housekeeping staff who made sure we had clean towels and toiletries. They were also very nice and greeted us as we passed. The cookies are freaking awesome!!!!!!
