Location, view from hotel and Service of the hotel is excellent. Some correction is needed for room adjustment and air conditioner of hotel is not working properly. Behaviour of junior staff (sujata, prabha, arjun, ram, khusi) and attendant is excellent. I will visit at this hotel again in future.

We stayed with family for 2 nights and had a best stay ever. Everything about hotel is best start from view and the food and the staffs. Lake is also near by so there won't be any difficulty on roaming around the city. We will surely visit again and recommend to all . Thank you Sujata madam .

Best hotel in the town. Sujata directed us all the way from check in to check out, she is the best. We loved the breakfast and the view from room. Swimming pool was tidy and clean best for summer vacation also. We loved each and everything about the hotel. We will visit again

A beautiful property to stay while at pokhara. Staffs were so friendly to us and gave us the best service ever. The breakfast was too delicious and the view from room was breathtaking . we would love to visit again and recommend to all. Thanks to entire team.

Hotel staffs are thieves & Managements are not cordial & Helpful When we left the hotel for site seeing, a kitchen staff entered into our room , spent 8 minutes to toss everything. Took 10000 NPR from my bag.. When i raised complaint, the hotel management was not helpful at all and they were trying to portray that i have spent and forgot and lots of things without taking any steps for inquiry. . Then i took help of the tourist police and searched the CC TV footages and got the culprit. Complain slip and footage pictures are given Note: lastly hotel did refund the missing 10000 only..

Amazing Hospitality. We had a great time staying at Hotel Pokhara Village. It's situated just facing the lake . Food is also very good and the staff is awesome. Must stay here . Best time to visit is Nov or December. Mr Rishikesh is the head at reception and he is a great person. Meet him at the reception.

We had a conference in pokhara for Nepal Association of Tour and Travel agents. It was great hospitality we had . Breakfast was so healthy. This is newly build hotel so all amenities are modern ,new and clean. Bed were very comfortable. I had sound sleep.
