Convenient location, close to boat pier and shops but service is okay. Breakfast has not many choice and they don’t even have coffee. Rooftop is great to see mountains.

酒店位置，位於14街行入少少，相當方便，而且佢建築物高度相對其他較高，所以非常方便辨認。 我喺依間酒店住咗四晚，大致上都好滿意，當然有少少地方係爭啲，但唔係重要嘅事項。 首先，天台嘅rooftop可以望到湖景，不論早上晚上欣賞景色覺得好舒服。 酒店有兩部升降機，唔會輪候太耐。 熱水足夠，水力足夠，冷氣足夠，大致上都水準上。 需要改進嘅地方。 早餐嘅選擇不多，飲品種類亦都唔多。 每一間房間都有少少破損，酒店可以考慮進行保養。 第一間房 風筒壞的 第二間房 浴室抽氣扇壞的 第三間房 冷氣機無法SWING 同埋佢啲房門可能成日閂唔實，周不時都聽到附近房間嘅門不停響。 雖然有少少缺陷，但大部份嘅優點都可以替補，有機會嘅話我都會再住。

酒店價格遠高於其他酒店，但設施還是比較老舊，腳踏垃圾桶壞的，衞生紙放的位置不方便還容易臟，馬桶的安裝有點歪，整體設施偏舊，同樣的價格可以定更好的酒店

小酒店，但在博卡拉算不錯了。PS:酒店賭場不營業，一樓的spa不錯。早餐就算了，都是服務印度人的味道。

位置很好，就在主街旁邊的小路里，又正好隔絕了主街的喧鬧，樓頂還有天台可以喝喝酒看看夜景，還遇到門口摩託車隊集結出發去比賽，非常酷

It was my second time stay at Hotel Swiss international sarowar in Pokhra. Best part about this hotel is their location on lake road. Hotel staff have been very generous towards the guest. Special mention for Asha Gurung from front desk . She has been very helpfull in recovering one of my lost items. She not only took personal interest in finding my very expensive sun glasses but made sure it reaches me in a safe condition. I am very thankfull to her. Overall I loved the stay experience and would strongly recommend others visiting Pokhra.

I visit Swiss Hotel Sarowar at 21 octobor. The whole hotel was eco friendly, all the staffs were good and satisfy service .front office there was a girl (trainee ) Miss Rashmi she was kind and smart with smiley face. She treat me very well from Check in to check out. I asked her which hotel is best to stay at lakeside , she suggest the best hotel I must try The hotel sarowar .I am also the part of hospitality and to see her ability to deal with guest as a trainee without any experience is best. I want to thank the whole Hotel Sarowar for this best stay and the view from the hotel top floor is best.Thank you much appreciate💯🙏.

Hotel was good but lacked management the rooftop was under construction . Loved the swimming pool and we were able to to watch football match at the pool . Horrible breakfast and it was not in time too. Could have been much better and i think maintaining is required and the lobby’s are quiet dark

Fantastisch hotel, op alle punten echt zeer goed. Wij hadden de beste receptioniste ooit, Manu, wiens vriendelijkheid en empathie je altijd blij maakten. Ze hielp ons op alle vlak en zocht zelfs een shop waar we hun lekkere koffie konden kopen. Top!

The beds are so comfy and the shower is fancy and thank you for letting us stay longer than we we were meant to as we were not feeling well the breakfast was delicious and also very kindly PLEASE MAKE THE SWIMMING POOL WARMER ITS REALY COLD thank you for giving us this wonder ful experiance
