居心地が良かったので延泊！！

設施：酒店標註了有乾衣機，衝著這個預訂了。但是實際上是沒有的，好在跟攜程溝通後，較好的解決了 環境：離湖還算比較近，步行幾分鐘就走到了。在陽台上也可以看到費瓦湖。 服務：沒有中文服務。好在服務意識很好，通過翻譯軟件還是得到很好的溝通。早餐不是自助式的 需要根據菜單上來點餐

Very comfortable here because of the excellent service. Even though the bus is in the morning but the staff prepares breakfast for us.

Perfect location, top service by hotel staff, good food. However, the bed sheets and bed cover had some blood stains which indicated ignorance by hotel management teams in cleanliness.

The service was incredible. Staffs were so helpful. The hotel is also new and beautiful. Good location.

Quiet rare to see a hotel with elevator in Nepal. Thanks for the nice services, will definitely stay there again when visiting Nepal.

衞生非常一般，枱麪是黏黏的，整塊枱麪都是喔！全新入住的床單上居然有鞋印？ 服務倒是還不錯，五點半趕飛機，提前祝通知，給我打包了一份早餐。 位置一般，並非離河邊非常近，需要走一下才能到。 贊點是，建築本身很新，還有小陽台（不過這邊塵太大了，在陽台上坐不是很愜意，如果你想坐在陽台上，最好不要選臨街的房間）。

We love this hotel. The rooms were good and clean, The hotel itself was nice with warm hospitality from the staff, they found us a hospital in no time, arranged free shuttle for us to go to the cable car, and even hanged our clothings for us in the balcony. I have to emphasize on their breakfast, the chef purposely made a swam out from an apple to me , and different cute creatures to my otherr family members, and the food was lovely. The location is so convenient that we could walk to the lakeside within minutes where activities were all over there. I will surely come back the next time I visit Nepal!

Room is fairly clean with fairly workable hot showers. The service is prompt and staffs polite. For some strange reason, our bedsheets were never changed for the week we were there… dustbins were emptied, water and tea replenished. The price is fair, the location is fabulous, just a short walk to the lakeside with streets full of restaurants, cafes and shops. Some touting and begging to be expected, buy them food if you wish. By Pokhara’s standards, a good room for tourists.

히말라야 트래킹 중 카트만두 투숙 가성비가 좋으며 헬스장이 있어 좋다 그러나 조식은 먹을것이 많지 않아 실망이다. 다음에도 숙박 의사 있음.

We stayed in this hotel in room no. 3006 (on the 3rd floor facing the road) from 8th to 10th October 2024. This is a very good hotel in Pokhara and highly recommended for a stay. Found plenty of plus points as follows : - located on a main road with various utility shops nearby - short walking distance to the Phewa Lake boating point - road facing rooms on higher floors have nice views of the Fishtail Mountain and the lake as well - very good AC rooms with all necessary facilities - in-house restaurant cooks tasty food - good complementary breakfast - good wi-fi signal - sight-seeing vehicle is arranged on request Most Indian credit and debit cards do not work in Nepal, but this hotel has the facility to accept payment through Google Pay (INR 3000 per transaction), which was a great help. The staff of this hotel whom we came across were all very cordial - Mr. Subash Nepali of the Front Desk, The Supervisor, The Manager and all the serving staff. Our thanks and best wishes to all of them !

Good hotel in pokhara to spend with family and friends. Good staffs and good foods. Everything about this hotel is so good. The front desk staff is so good. They welcomed us so well. This hotel provide 4 star service. Recommendng everyone to stay here.
