This FULLY renovated property has new kitchen, big living room, 3 cozy bedrooms with full (double) beds & new bathroom. Four beach passes, PRIVATE PARKING SPOT, linens/towels/paper products PROVIDED. Sit on front porch, or take short walk to boardwalk, games, restaurants & aquarium. Train station is 1 mi. away. Smart lock access, WIFI, TV, beach toys, BBQ, washer/dryer & AC also included. 2 beach bikes on property!
*Guests required to have positive reviews to book, be minimum 25 yrs old, be a part of the group staying on property and provide ID. Town requires names and permanent residence of all guests in group. NO PETS
There is an Over Occupancy Penalty of $500 per person/per night for every undeclared guest that violates the fire code maximum. Guests exceeding occupancy must leave the property immediately.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.We have plug covers & window safety locks.About customRules:-Check in: 3pm. Book it. The home is gorgeous and we had a wonderful trip! Immaculately clean and close to the beach. Lots of good restaurants, Salty’s ice cream shop & Jenkinsons all in walking distance. Robin’s super responsive and the welcome basket of treats is a nice touch!:)

We've been renting on the Jersey Shore for the past 30 years. This was our first time staying in Point Pleasant. The house was one of the nicest houses we've stayed at. Robin is an excellent host and there were so many nice touches. The space is bright and airy and exceptionally clean and very close to the beach. Having a covered porch was also a big plus. Unfortunately, we didn't have great weather and the beaches were closed due to the hurricane, high tides and rip currents, so we spent a lot of time in the house and on the porch.

Great location to the beach and the rides! The house was perfect for our family Jersey getaway! Robin was a great communicator from start to when we had to say goodbye! Definitely considering booking for next summer!

Very comfortable stay
The property is clean and spacious. All amenities are included plus a lot of extras. The host has really thought of everything that might be needed. Our family had a relaxing time in a great location.

Great place and location
This property had everything we ever needed, very clean, great location, and very close to the beach like a 5 minute stroll close. If you enjoy fresh seafood,forget about it, this is the place, several outstanding places inside a mile . Our host Robin was right on point, I could tell she really cared about her guests and her beach home, no complaints whatsoever, can't wait for next year, thank you Robin our stay was highly enjoyable

Point Pleasant Beach Getaway
Pictures do not do this property justice! Nestled in the heart of Point Pleasant Beach, this house is on the corner of a private lane just a few steps from the boardwalk and beach.
Entering the home, one is struck by the beautiful and efficient use of space. Three bedrooms, a large living room, a small but well equipped and highly efficient kitchen, and a large bathroom/laundry round out the house. Additionally, there is a cozy front porch where we spent mornings drinking coffee and late afternoons reading and relaxing.
The hosts have thought of every possible need! There are beach passes, overnight parking passes and a container on the property with everything you could need for beach fun! (Chairs, umbrellas, cart, toys, etc. ). There are bikes available as well. An outdoor shower greets you upon your return from the beach. There are snacks and water bottles, games and books, and k-cups provided for the essential morning coffee. Additionally the hosts text with local activities happening during the week and are available for any questions/concerns without being intrusive. These hosts thought of everything!
As one may have guessed, we loved this home and our Point Pleasant Beach vacation. My only concern is that this review may cause me difficulty in booking next year! Amazing home, amazing hosts, highly recommend.
