"This hotel is situated close to many attractions which are in the area. A quiet place. Rooms aren't cleaned every day. There is no hot water in the bathroom. The front and back garden should be better maintained. Breakfeast is tasty and full of many dishes but only at weekends during weekdays you have to be early in the morning because later there is nothing to eat. I wouldn't go there again"

"My family and I spent 4 days in the apartments across the street, where the hotel part is located. The stay was very enjoyable, the apartments are clean and tidy. The disadvantage is the quality of workmanship. Poor quality, slightly damaged floor panels and quite shoddy kitchen furniture. Breakfast at the hotel is very tasty, large selection. The hotel restaurant offers very tasty dishes on the a la carte menu. The swimming pools are very nice, the downside is that the temperature in the jacuzzi and swimming pools is slightly too low. There are also no "pasta" or swimming rings for children. The hotel part, located by the Sosnówka reservoir, allows you to admire the beautiful panorama of the Karkonosze Mountains."
