Clean and Convenient, Let Down by a Few Key Detail We stayed for a week, combining work with a VIP event. Positives: The apartment feels new, was very clean, and had all the essentials we needed. Parking in the rear car park was very convenient, and the location is good — within easy walking distance of shops, bars, and restaurants. Negatives: The apartment was very hot and there was no fan. I emailed on arrival and was told one would be provided, but it wasn’t. After chasing again, I was told if it wasn’t already in the flat, one wouldn’t be supplied. This miscommunication was frustrating — we would’ve bought one had we known. We struggled to sleep until the weather cooled. The boiler stopped working the morning of our event, leaving us with no hot water. We were told someone wouldn’t attend until later in the day, so we had to try fixing it ourselves — too late to shower before leaving. WiFi dropped out regularly during the day, often showing a password error before disconnecting. This happened multiple times during meetings, which was really disruptive as I’d flagged the need for strong WiFi when booking. I had to hotspot from my phone. Lastly, the mattress is in real need of a topper — you can feel the springs in places, and I left with quite a sore back.

The apartment itself was nice but the many messages and having to provide details prior to arriving was complicated and annoying. We couldn’t find the parking as it wasnt clearly marked and we drove around 3 times. Please paint the number on the wall of the car park to make it clear!

Nice flat in Mutley with access to everything There were snafus with the check in. The customer service helped me well but it was a delay in 30 or so minutes to access our two units. The place wasn't cleaned on a certain schedule which is challenging and then you run out of garback bags and toilet paper. It's a great spot for business, and closeness to things like grocery and pubs. I'll stay again for sure. It's a really nice flat for what it is.

Surprisingly spacious and absolutely spotless!

Five stars place. Great location, safe and quiet, just off High Str with shops and restaurants. Allocated parking space. Well furnished flat, fast wifi. Slept like a log. Communication wirh the host great, host very helpful. Would stay again
