Room sort of musty, good value though, i would come back, decent pool. Could work on the breakfast but it's better than down the road at b.w.

My son and me went to Road America for a day of driving and we stayed at the AmrericInn. It was a comfortable stay, rooms were clean but a bit older. I would definitely stay here again if I come back.

Like the title says. Our room didn't have a microwave. The whole place was very clean and the staff very helpful.

From the time of check-in to checking out, the staff was amazing! They were professional, friendly and courteous. The room was very clean and it was a nice size. I was very comfortable.

The staff is always willing to go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. We were very happy with our experience at Elkhart Lake/Plymouth. we always try to stay here when traveling to Plymouth. Excellent location

The front desk girl was superb and so were the friendly professional housekeepers.very enjoyable time. Hot tub and pool stays open til 10 pm. That is awesome. Kiddos enjoyed breakfast. Lots to choose from. Very pleased overall.

Conveniently located near two major Wisconsin highways, the property is clean and adjacent to a golf course. Dining options are nearby and easily accessible. The room was clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was good. Coffee was hot and plentiful, and the breakfast offered varied options. Front desk personnel were friendly, professional, and efficient during the check in and check out process. I will be a return guest.

Unmade beds. Towels threadbare with edges thready, hanging down. I HAVE PHOTOS.... omg my mother whose motto was "use it up, wear it out. Make it do or do without" would NOT have relegated those to be used by us!! they would be car/dust rags. Supplies not restocked . BEDS UNMADE...AND note, the prices we were charged were 2x what it listed on this page. Hot tub temp was beyond range acceptable for use... likely because it had not been jetted during the entire time. JUST set the temp. lower if you are aware of "cost cutting" and eco sensitivity I say sarcastically. Overall, we were dismayed, sad, disappointed by the missing component of hospitality... I have found better at Hostels in Europe. The web site said housekeeping daily. BUT the room was not touched, truly what we wanted after a long day was to have the beds smoothed, made up. When I e-mailed the manager , he said that 'housekeeping was available on REQUEST" Not stated on web site nor upon checkin, nada. ... well, we paid $200 a night, 2 rooms, ... for $950 with tax and fees we got: a room without shower and wash supplies the second night, an unmade bed and typical ez motel breakfast. Almost a$1000 to sleep in a Motel 6 equivalent.

No one cleaned our room in 4 days. Mold in the shower. I would only stay here for convenience because it is located right in town. Never saw anyone at the desk except when we got our key the first night.
