"Tämä on hieno pieni hotelli, jossa on kaikkein ihanin henkilöstö. Minuuttien kuluessa saapumisesta vaurioitin kättäni hullun onnettomuuden. Ina vastaanotto vapaaehtoisesti vie minut A&E paikallisen sairaalan. Kun hän toimi tulkkini & maksaa Tetanus ampuminen & Antibiotics plus pukeutuminen jne. Täysin yläpuolella ja sen ulkopuolella ja oman ajansa, kun hän oli valmis hänen vaihto. Avocado ravintolassa, joka on liitetty vastaanottoon, on todella herkullinen, Beef Shank, Foie Gras, Veal Tongue 🤤 Henkilöstö oli todella ystävällinen ja apullinen ja 7 ryhmässämme oli iloinen, että olimme valinneet Plazan. Palaan varmasti tänne."

"Ystäväni ja minä olimme hämmästyttävät tässä todella ainutlaatuisessa hotellissa. Kaikki kokemuksen näkökohdat olivat poikkeuksellisia kauniisti suunniteltu huoneita erinomaisia tiloja herkullinen aamiainen ja voittamaton sijainti aivan kaupungin ytimessä. Mikä todella asettaa tämän paikan erossa, kuitenkin, on sen kiehtova yhteys historiaan. Kellari paljastaa kerrokset menneisyydestä menneisyydestä tuhansia vuosia, kauniisti säilynyt ja näytetty se tuntui asuvan elävässä museossa. "My first time visiting Plovdiv, when I arrived at the hotel I checked in and went up to my room, because it was late and I need to rest because I'm doing a big tournament in several cities in Bulgaria…. When I entered my room I was shocked by the horrible, degraded and very dirty situation for a 4 star hotel. In the morning I went to have breakfast and I came across a completely dirty restaurant and the state of the carpet was very disgusting, horrible.. I don't need to say much because you can see with your own eyes some of the photos I put here the facts of the reality that this hotel is in. Hotel stuck in time, decor from the last century, very dilapidated, a serious lack of daily cleaning for a 4-star hotel, I don't recommend it to anyone, worse than a 2 or 3-star hotel. In conclusion, I checked out of this hotel as quickly as possible. I never thought I'd find 4-star hotels in these horrible states."

"Cute small hotel with 8 rooms in the middle of old Plovdiv. Excellent location, warm friendly and attentive staff. Welcome drinks including home made lemonade on arrival. Complimentary wine and cheese in the evenings. Note this is a small original house with no lift so luggage needs to be taken up the stairs. Very large and clean rooms. Charming and convivial reception/breakfast area Would stay again!"
