房間還可以，住了3天 設施：齊全，不過沒刮鬍刀，沒一次性牙刷 衞生：挺好， 環境：還可以，樓下綠化挺好的 服務：挺到位，每次打車都有讓前台用保加利亞語和司機説明情況

İki yetişkin iki çocuk dört kişi için otellerde tek odadq konaklamak rahatsız edici olabiliyor ancak bu otel biraz farklı odayı çok beğendik ve çok rahat ettik.

Ich komm gern in dieses Hotel und empfehle es auch weiter. Mich beeindruckt die Freundlichkeit, die Betten sind ein Traum und ich mag das Frühstück sehr. Das einzige was ich nicht verstehe, ist, dass die Handtücher täglich gewechselt werden ohne, dass sie auf dem Boden liegen.

the best hotel in Plovdiv. Being part of the dssigur chain, the quality of services is guaranteed, but what it has in addition is very interesting: the whiskey bar with the special offer and the experience is extraordinary, the SPA center the same, the services above anything I have seen in Bulgaria in the hotel system, but the manager clearly left his mark making everything extraordinary

I feel at home. It is very clean and tidy. It is located in a great, quiet location and is close to the city center.

Excellent breakfast. Gluten free and dairy free products available at breakfast. Large room with a large bathroom. Food at restaurant is clearly labelled with allergens. We ate atthe restaurant three times. Food was always good and well presented using fine ingredients. The whisky room ambiance was very cosy with a large wood fireplace heating the room.

Nice hotel and staff were welcoming. Rooms big and comfy. Lovely lobby with a side bar off the restaurant to relax and unwind. Buffet breakfast very good, a good variety of international hot and cold food. Location not so good, need to catch a taxi or a long walk.

I used to work in an office next to this hotel, but only now just got a chance to stay in it. Morning buffet is very good, rooms are clean and interior design is nice. Location is a bit far from the center. Shower design is a bit odd, water spills out from the shower cabin into the bathroom, but this is common everywhere in Bulgaria.

This exclusive hotel offers spacious, impeccably clean, and comfortable rooms in a serene and tranquil setting, surrounded by greenery—an ideal retreat for relaxation. The staff is highly professional and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. The on-site restaurant is elegant, serving exquisite food and delicious beverages, all at affordable prices. Breakfast was exceptional, featuring a wide variety of fresh, healthy options. Having stayed at 10 hotels during our visit to Bulgaria, this was by far the most comfortable. We will undoubtedly return.
