Very bad choice

Not worth my money.

Barely make it as a place to stay. Facility, furnitures are all very old. The room I stayed seems like it’s been an awhile since someone last stayed in. Aircon have a very strong loudly smell when first on, took awhile for the smell to go off and it only blows in one area. Toilet floor is too slippery, elderly got to be really careful when using it. Soap and shampoo already have sediment in it. No hair drier, no dressing table. Hanger is wooden and already mouldy. There’s a gap between the wall and window. Curtain is dirty, floor is dirty, asians really cannot take it because we don’t enter our rooms with shoes on. Room is huge and spacious, but zero sound proofing. By the road, but not a lot of vehicles. With all that said, bedsheet is clean, got aircon, got provide toothpaste, toothbrush and there is breakfast provided, smooth check in and out so for a night stay is alright.

Hotel is old & not clean well. Room also dirty.

Very lousy service from the front desk. I booked online for one night ( 23/11-24/11/2024), and when I went to check in at 00:30AM, the front desk staff wasn’t there, leaving a note saying he will be back at 1:00AM. Then I waited til 1:00, the staff still didn’t show up, then I made many phone calls, just to get the reply said he will be back in 30 min. (1:30) Finally, the lousy staff came back with his lousy attitude, we finally check in. That was the worst experience I have in my life. Plus, the hotel’s phone number are not reachable. Very very bad, don’t ever book this lousy hotel to ruin your mood and holiday.

Room so smelly... Changed other room also same

Security is very loose. They have 2 entrance the side entrance door is always open so anyone can enter by the side entrance Hotel room need facelift. Towel is very old many people used it before

Hotel is ok good to stay if you are not too choosing. I stay here everydays.

the check in process is fast, the staff is very friendly good stay

真的，快跑 你很難想象這件酒店是多垃圾，房間是那種15年前的裝修，衹是在地上放了一張床墊，床單被罩上各種污漬，很濃重的黴味，熱水也沒有，提供的衞生紙都是那種回收紙，很骯臟。

Very good. Thanks to the counter lady Zara who gave me a late check out complimentary on the house. Good service and ambience with an old vibe. Will visit again. Highly recommended for people who want a better hotel in the Pelangi area. Dann

遇到長假期，勉強訂到房間不會再選擇第二次了 問題如下 1. 房間黴味很大 2. 浴巾非常臟 3.洗澡水不是很熱勉強能洗 4.交通不是很方便，出門衹能Grab

太骯臟了 住了一小時 受不了就退房 從來沒住過那麼骯臟的酒店
