很好的酒店氛圍，周圍好吃的很多，尤其是有一家早餐店很棒！從酒店出去走五分鐘路程，在一個轉角的位置。

One of the cleanest hotel Ive been to in JB! Sadly, my husband was down with food poisoning with our grab food, the staffs were really friendly and helped my husband and I with the nearest clinic and even gave us late check out upon waiting for our vehicle back to SG. Thank you and bless you all kind souls will definitely come back!

The service was tip top. I don't have to worry about the cleanliness. Staff are friendly and yet professional. I will to again with my family.

Convenient location with many food options nearby. Will stay here again.

We just stop for a night at the hotel. And had dinner and breakfast. It's was satisfying and the food there was up to our liking and satisfactions.

酒店早餐相當可以，品類非常多，水果，糕點都很全，酒店的酸奶也不錯，還分了好幾種口味，酒店在JOHOR 也算相當可以的，地理位置也好，樓下全是餐館

環境還可以，周邊吃飯多

地點靠近夜市，很方便。酒店不算貴，衞生條件不錯！

Upgraded me to the suite, so I have nothing much to complain about the room except for the bedside wall socket. It has something stuck inside, so it can not be used. But there are many other sockets available so it is not a big issue. The living room floor is marble flooring, so it is very cold when barefooted, so it is better to use the disposable slippers provided. Lots of food nearby so it is easy to settle the meals.

Hotel is well kept. Spotted stains on bedsheets but I didn’t ask to change. Some towels are a bit frail looking but they are clean. Location is alright just that you may need to grab to everywhere. Toiletries are the common shared ones which were unexpected since 5 star and under Marriott. The staff nevertheless are friendly, especially the cafe dining staff are exceptionally warm. It’s been a great stay overall.

I appreciate receptionist Miss Kisha & Mr shahid for making my Birthday trip a memorable one , they help me to change my room from deluxe twin to deluxe King because I had made mistake during my booking. It’s a lovely hotel and friendly staffs.Room was clean and spacious. Lots of shops and eateries and massage place just right downstairs and there’s a weekly Sunday market right beside the hotel. it’s only a 15mins drive away to mid valley Southkey . I would certainly come back and stay here again

I had an excellent one-night stay at the JB Renaissance Hotel, and it was absolutely memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Room was clean spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable and good nights rest. Especially appreciate the beds and pillows which were firm and clean. Will recommend and stay again!
