Bellafer Collection Hotel & Resort

Place is beautiful but the rooms have sewer problems. They upgraded our room on the third day because we couldn’t take the smell anymore and it solved the problem. We went for breakfast and they ran out of coffee. They don’t have a lobby to check in. It’s awkward to check in at the restaurant. Staff is nice.

stayed there opening night the wifi didn’t work directions was horrible to get there got lost tv didn work and shower smell like sewage told the manager the problem and all he had to say was ok i’ll check it out rude service not worth the money

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at this beautiful property, we somehow missed the property is in a pre-opening phase. The reception desk is located in the middle of their beautiful restaurant, there is no actual check in lobby (it hasn’t been built yet, according to staff), we had to wait by the pool (our choice, we thought is was a bit awkward to be seating in the restaurant while other guests were eating) our checking was at 3, we got in our room about 3:40 pm. Once we were in our room, the AC was not working, so after talking to the front desk twice, they send someone to fix the AC. Once the maintenance left, we tried to use the restroom and the restroom door did not close, the bottom part of the door was too wide and simply did not close. I talked to the front desk, they send a maintenance guy, then three maintenance guys took off the door and had to shaved the side of the door until the door was able to closed. At this time, it was after 5 pm, we decided to go get something to eat, while they fix the door, we came back at 8 pm or so and the front door was left wide open, apparently the last maintenance guys forgot to close to the door. Both days, the key had to be reprogrammed to open our door. There were several type of bugs in our room, no trash bin in the room, no hangers in the closet. Water from the sink and shower, had sewer like smell. Property has potential, staff is attentive and friendly, I hope they can fix all the issues.

Es un Hotel de lujo muy acogedor con unas instalaciones muy bonitas y el personal muy amable -profesional.. La atención excelente!! El área de alberca muy bonito,limpio.. La comida en su restaurant super rica.. De verdad uno sale de la rutina en una estancia aqui.. La pasamos genial!

Did not stay at the hotel. We did happen to peak in a room and it was gorgeous. We came to eat and enjoy the view. The food and drinks were delightful. Staff was very accommodating and attentive. Gene was especially gracious. The grounds are beautiful as well as the whole esthetics of the hotel. We were there just before sunset and the view was spectacular! We have been to quite a few glamorous and beautiful hotels over the years and this one is 5 stars

Excelente hotel para desconectarse de la monotonía y poder relajarse. Lugar tranquilo y de lujo! Habitaciones muy cómodas que siempre huelen rico. El restaurante una delicia. La alberca climatizada en su punto exacto. Hermosa vista desde el restaurant
