Perfect hotel for families, my girls really enjoy staying here. Food - very small selection of food and no kids menu. Cleanliness - high chairs always dirty, rooms are cleaned every day, pool area is always clean. Lifts usually one or two not working so not ideal with a stroller Love the view through our balcony loads of terraces with ocean view. Hotel needs a lot of maintenance but always trying to see good instead of bad. Staff is very nice and yes hotel is in the middle of nowhere but there is busses that takes you to oasis zoo there is car rental in a hotel approx 65 euros a day. Really can’t complain but basic things like highchairs needs to be sorted as most of them doesn’t have safety harness as well. Hotel is on the beach so u can enjoy evening walks or spend a day there. There are a lot to of steps but nothing impossible

We had a lovely relaxing holiday. Hotel a little dated but very clean and spacious. The views are out of this world! Food is ok. It was a little repetitive but all fresh and hot. Staff friendly. Entertainment wasn’t too good. However it seemed to improve towards the end of our holiday (when the school holidays started). We will definitely come back for a nice relaxing holiday

Lovely Staff with an amazing beautiful beach on its door step. The buffet is great and if you can't be bothered to get changed for lunch you can have a meal on the swimming pool bar. It's not as big as the main restaurant but descent. Room very clean and spacious

First of all like the last time the animation team made this holiday so special. I cannot fault them at all they were so lovely and we had a great time. Including that the staff are amazing so kind and cheerful even when working long hours in warm weather. I will now write in sections. ANIMATION TEAM Special thanks to nolan but aswell to the animators that are in the pictures below. Nolan put in such an effort with everyone. I had many coversations with him and he helped me get the website to work as an entertainer aswell after i asked him as i am very interested in doing so. He had me and my sister on stage twice after us telling him we did theatre which was very funny and so much fun. Got to say goodbye to him and get a seflie with him before we left which was very kind. If it wasnt fot the staff the holiday would not be the same they really made it so special. The atmosphere was lovely. Staff All the staff are so kind and welcoming, always smiling and chatty even during long days. we really noticed the effort they go to. food i really enjoyed the food, more vegetarian options like the lasanga would be nice and labels on what is and isnt vegetarian would be a big bonus. breakfast could do with diced potatoes or hash browns. Late arrival food could be better. each day i was able to get a full plate of delivious food and unlike when i went in december it was always very warm. Big improvement which was amazing. Facilies Great pool but could do with a clean around the tiles at the back but doesnt affect swimming experience as i was inn every day. outside showers were tempermental. lifts were being turned off which is sadly unnaceptable. building has so many great things and game room etc just feels a bit tired. still would come again as it is lovely but has more potentitial to be a incredible place. rooms great, game room fun, outdoor sports and the games are fun. Rooms Rooms themselves are great spacius comfortable and clean but we arrived at night and the lack of lifts and lights working meant dragging a 26 kilo suitcase up and down stairs trying to find room. If lifts were on there would have been no issue so im not upset just unfortunate situation. cannot fault the rooms tho. Entertainment As i said before the animation team are amazing. all the daily games are a blast. Honestly the live music should not be on atleast not more than once. the room cleared quick when people realised it was not enjoyable. Signs outside being accurate on the type of entertainment would be good. everyone loves the interactive entertainment. kids disco is great. music or longer entertainment would be good as it goes quiet at around 1030. kareoke would be so fun. overview i love this place. i even want to work here as an animator as i felt so welcome and at home, such a wonderful place i will be back.

On arriving on the 27th of March .the hotel was stuck in the middle of nowhere. After checking in we tried going to our room .tried r different lifts none working .so tried again after reported got to.the room it was OK. But dated and cold looking . Went for food omg the food looked shocking looked dry and some soaking in fat .the restaurant looked like a works canteen. The entertainment was crap. Plenty if room to sunbathe but most beds was broken. The breakfast was disgusting bacon was belly of pork full of fat. The food was cold .we had toast and salad most of the time . This is the first time ever I'm going to go home and lost weight. Ps some lifts still not working . The beach looked lovely but my partner couldn't go because to many steps . I booked this last min from icelolly .com never again Ryanair plane was cold a the way there sat with coats on all the way .Will never come back .

Can't believe some of the previous reviews on here about this hotel. "Avoid, Rats, Cockroaches, Rude Staff etc" Came home yesterday 28th March, after a delightful week's stay at this hotel. We did not witness any of the previous complaint reviews. We didn't witness or see any rats, cocktoaches, or face any rude staff at this hotel, infact we witnessed the complete opposite. Our room was spotlessly clean, serviced every day with clean towels that were made into different animal shapes, eg, an aardvark, elephant, etc. There was a huge variety of food to suit everybody, with fish, chicken, pork and the steak was fantastic. Meatballs, Beef Stew, plenty of Mediterranean vegetables, and a large selection of salads. The all-inclusive drinks selection with help yourself beer and wine, and a large variety of spirits and cocktails. The bar staff were fantastic and would go out of their way to do anything for you. Some previous posted reviews complained that the reception staff were rude. Please disregard these statements. We found the reception staff to be very nice, helpful and kind and supplied us with loads of information about the hotel and the surrounding area. If you wanted bus information, or order a taxi, they did I'd prompt for you. There are 98 steps down to a beautiful beach (not 500 steps as one review mentioned). We walked around 6 miles along the beach to the beautiful town of Marro Jable, which has loads of restaurants, with both designer and tourist shops. Marro Jable has some of the most beautiful sandy beaches I've ever seen. The only minor faults we can comment on were that one of the two lifts did not work, but the one lift held 18 persons at a time and was no problem. We did have an issue when we hired a "Room Safe" that cost us 47e, 27e hire and 20e deposit. We had to wait 3 days for an engineer to come and set the safe up, but when he did, the safe did not work, we reported it to reception and they refunded us the money and we're very apologetic for the inconvenience. The pool area is kept very clean with plenty of sunbeds for everyone. Please, please ignore the negative reviews given for this hotel, yes everyone is entitled to their own views, if you like the sound of this hotel, then please go for it, there is simply no pleasing some people.
