Excellent experience!!, beautiful resort with good installations well maintained. Fantastic crew for animation with Omar, Carmina, Angel x2, Eric and Vida!, for kids, adults and all family events. We will repeat next year as is not easy to find nice places like the is one

My wife and I stayed at the HD Parque Cristóbal Gran Canaria for 10 nights in early-May 2025. It was a wonderful experience throughout. From the time we arrived until the minute we left, everything about our stay was excellent. We arrived at 2230 in the evening and, on checking in, we were given freshly made sandwiches and fruit as the restaurant was already closed. Our Superior suite with terrace was very comfortable and spacious, and when we reported that the hairdryer was not working properly, it was replaced within 1 hour. The suite was serviced every day including having the towels changed, and the cleaner was very polite, friendly and efficient. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day in the Picnic "Casual Restaurant" and there wasn't one meal where we were not hugely impressed with the standard of the food on offer and the quality of the produce (fresh fish every day, lots of salads, cheeses, desserts, vegetables, fresh fruit, traditional British mainstays for breakfast, fresh meats etc.). The Family & Joy "All day Gastro Bar" provided snacks (burgers, hot-dogs, fries, fruit, cake, pizzas) throughout the day, which must have been a godsend for the families who struggled to entice their children away from the Splash Pool for meals in the restaurant. Self-service soft-drinks, Amstel beer and red, white and rosé wine were readily available to All Inclusive guests throughout the public areas all day. Cocktails and spirits were available from the bar. The evening entertainment was great fun and the entertainment team coped really well considering that English is not their first language (live singers, dance shows, magic act, bingo, karaoke, quiz). We took advantage of the free shuttle bus that takes you to the sea-front in Mas Palomas and the sand dunes in the morning, and returns in the afternoon. The staff were ALL friendly, helpful and smiling throughout the whole hotel, and the grounds are kept exceptionally clean and tidy. All in all, probably the best holiday we have ever had, and we enjoyed it so much we are already booking again for next year. Thank you HD Parque Cristóbal.

Absolutely lovely resort, very family friendly, lovely touch with the gift for little one. Love the bungalows, everyone has their own outside seating area and grass area, our little boy loved running about in the morning and evenings after being at the splash zone and before going out. Cleaned everyday, apart from a Sunday I think. Plenty of sun loungers, pools are great and big enough for everyone. Although we didn’t go all inclusive, all the team were lovely with us, couldn’t have helped us more. Breakfast options are great, plenty to choose from, we stayed in for 2nights for evening meals, have different themes, I believe it was Italian night which was great and our little boy LOVED it all, another night was BBQ, not a lot of options from the bbq or inside, but that’s our opinion. Mini disco team are fab with every child, really energetic and fun.

Top vakantie gehad. Wij hadden een Emblem Villa all inclusieve geboekt. Prachtig gewoon. Een apart restaurant waar je rustig kon eten en waar het eten werd geserveerd maar waar je ook eten mee naar toe kon nemen vanuit het grote buffet uit het grote restaurant. Beddengoed werd tussendoor verschoond, afwas in de bungalow werd gedaan, heerlijke jacuzzi in de tuin met super de luxe ligbedden, mooie grote luxe tuinset waaraan je in de avond fijn kunt borrelen en/of spelletjes kunt doen. Verder is het park super schoon, alles wordt tip top bijgehouden. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en het eten is fantastisch. Er zijn 2 zwembaden, 1 voor de kleinere kinderen e 1 groot zwembad waar o.a. aquagym werd gegeven. Geluidspaddestoelen door het park heen, waar rustige relaxe muziek voorbij kwam. Het is een lang verhaal, maar het was echt geweldig!

This hotel has been upgraded to the nicest quality! Food is great! Entertainment staff even better, the ladies and gents do the best job and would highly recommend the shows 😁 Rooms are really clean as are the pools! 100% recommend this hotel!
