Decent and clean. Had to ask staff member 3 times to gain my room key - he took a long time to verify my id. For the price can’t really argue. Ensure you bring your shampoo and soap. Cleaned every 2nd day - a nice touch. Towels clean etc

Fab place, cheap and cheerful

Zeer gedateerd complex, maar wel op een leuke locatie en dichtbij het strand. Wel veel overlast vast harde muziek tot in de late uurtjes in het winkelcentrum aan de overkant van de weg. Maar et ergste was wel dat er nagenoeg geen schoonmaak is geweest. In de 13 dagen dat we hier waren is onze studio slechts 1x schoongemaakt. Na veel klagen bij receptie kregen we schone handdoeken mee en schoon beddengoed dat we er zelf maar even moesten verwisselen, want de schoonmaaksters waren al vertrokken. Schandalig! TUI Duitsland heeft ook zeer weinig hulp geboden. Hier bij Green Park Playa del Inglés komen we noooooit meer terug.

After paying what we did for this place I wasn’t expecting 5 star and knew it would be a little run down cheap and cheerful. Cheap it was cheerful it definitely wasn’t . The place is very run down and needs some maintenance but even some basic maintenance would be a great improvement, cracked floor tiles , broken worktops , broken wardrobes patio doors difficult to open etc etc . It’s not very clean either so don’t bother taking a tip for the cleaners because the seven days we were there we never seen one we literally had to empty our own bins and ask for bin liners and new fresh towels. Cutlery ,pots pans were disgusting and the frying pan l still had grease in it with mould growing on it . On a plus side after you clean everything it’s well equipped with kettle , microwave , cooker and a fridge . The jewel in its flat cap is the pool area which is clean with plenty of sunbeds however the pool is Baltic . Pool bar is amazing run by a lovely young lady who is very friendly and the food and service there is very very good and great value . Cheap as it was £360 for the week I would never stay here again . Like I said I didn’t expect 5 star but what I did expect was a reasonable level of cleanliness and maintenance

Almost everything in apartment that we needed , no kettle but easy enough just to boil water in pan . All staff very friendly , nice sized balcony overlooking pool and mountains only downside was that it didn’t get sun on it at all. Clean pool with plenty of sun beds .

Great holiday, apartments are very basic but that's what we were looking for. Rooms clean, cleaners were in twice in the wk, staff very friendly and reception staff also very nice and helpful. Pool clean and tidy. Not far from beach, shops, bus station lots to do. Tour rep right next to apartments Scott was very helpful and friendly, we booked to see the dolphins in the wild best trip, great price. You can also hire e bikes, or peddle bikes from him. Five star holiday was great to get away. There is music come from pubs up road but we were so tired we crashed quick but if it bothers you can buy some cheap ear plugs. Already looking to book back into apartments for next year.
