Amazing family holiday . The staff are incredible and good choice of food. The hotel grounds are immaculate . We had a swim up room which was incredible, room 1704-1. Ignore the bad reviews ! You’ll have an amazing holiday. We hope to return next year !!!

I don't think I have ever been so spoiled on a vacation. AMAZING! The staff, the rooms, the food, the view. Absolutely the best. It is an adult only resort. You have access to the restaurants at the sister property thay is a 3 minute walk on the beach or they will drive you over.

Workers/Waitresses/Waiters are very friendly, kind, talkative, amazing people. 10/10 pools, spacious and they are everywhere, amazing for cooling off wherever you are. Food is fantastic, amazing burgers on the beach, restaurants fantastic.

My destination wedding was in Playa Del Carmen, and we needed to set up a hotel room block for all of our guests. We chose the Fives Beach Hotel and residences. This resort is beautiful and the food is great. All of our guests loved it. Several pools, several restaurants, beautiful beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are very clean. Staff is phenomenal. Food is above average. Beach is great but small. Drinks are great. Shower leaked but no big deal. Would come back. Went with friends and we had a 3 bedroom suite very nice. Yay yay yay yayyay. Tell your friends it's great.

We went with 3 generations and the suite rooms are perfect for family vacation. Each family had their own room and bathroom with a huge shared area to gather in. Kids in bed comfortably at night and the adults can enjoy time together knowing everyone is safe.

My first resort and it was a great place to be. As a large wedding group, we had plenty of space in the numerous pools and on the beach. I never waited in line for any restaurant. The food was plentiful and the staff was very attentive. Even though we weren’t heavy drinkers, the wide selection allowed us to never be relegated to only one or two cocktails.

From check in to check out everything was great. Sebastian checked us in when we arrived we are members and he was on top of everything. Our butlers Kristoff and Claire were phenomenal and on top of our every needs. The waiters by the pool and Bali beds were great especially Bernabe. Thank you we will def be back sooner than later after this wonderful experience. The kids club was great. Thank you Laura, Crystal, Carolina, Pedro and the entire staff for caring for the children so well. The members dinner was excellent the service was phenomenal. The karaoke night was great. The staff didn’t forget anyone and was very patient with the children.

Disfruté mucho de mi estancia en este hotel, Es mi primera vez y quedé fascinado desde la Check in, Hasta mi check out, La comida en los restaurantes muy deliciosa, Mi favorito fue el Restaurante Mestizo., Los shows muy bonitos cada día fueron variando., La animación muy divertida especialmente EDI con sus AquaZumba.
