Excelente todo. No le pongo la puntuación más alta porque sentí que le falta juegos/actividades para niños. El sector de pileta para niños es muy chico, pocos toboganes y la casita de juegos estuvo siempre cerrada cuando fuimos. La atención en la cafetería de arriba deja mucho que desear. Mezclaban los pedidos. La comida del buffet muy bien, falta comida sin gluten (además de que debe estar señalizada). La limpieza del hotel EXCELENTE. La habitación muy cómoda, renovada. Excelente todo en eso.

Riu has been my favourite hotels up until now. It’s our 12th day at Riu Palace Riviera Maya and everyday has been disappointing. The rooms r not at all to the standard for Riu Palace The blanket was just left folded on the bed. Had condensation in the room and I fell, hurting my knees. I complained to the Manager But there was a lack of sympathy !! We were locked out of our room everyday as the lock just did not work. So we had to go all the way to the reception to get another key with my bad knees. I was actually nervous walking to the room. Maria the Manager gave me her personal number to call anytime if the door didn’t open so I wouldn’t have to go to the reception but the first time I messaged her, she did not even answer. That is bad customer service. The lock has just got fixed for the last couple of days. Not enough sun beds by the pool with umbrella’s so people reserved the beds very early in the morning. That was also stressful and one day we did not get any beds with umbrella so had to just sit on a chair. The beach is lovely but I have never been to a beach with no umbrella’s at all. On the good side, the chefs and restaurant staff were amazing and friendly. Overall the Bad Overrides the Good. It had been long 14 days !! I will not be re visiting Riu It has been a stressful holiday rather than Relaxing.

The property was amazing, palace like as it is called. The people are what made it excellent. Hard workers wearing a smile and committed to making your stay excellent. Food is slightly underwhelming and I do not drink alcohol so not sure I got my "all inclusive" money worth but overall still some excellent food options and they did a great job at making me non-alcoholic "mocktails" per request. Thank you RIU!

Cleanliness - absolutely 10/10 no question Rooms - great - yeah the bath and configuration is a bit weird - still, the rooms are just what you need 24 hour lounge - disappointing - coffee machine wasn’t working the times I went in and the self-service beer machine wasn’t working either. Very limited in terms of food to grab Coffee bar - fantastic 10/10 great coffee and food and staff are amazing Main bar - good - one thing that annoyed me is that some drinks are available - for example Bohemia Beer - but its not on the menu - so I don’t understand how you would know to order it, unless you were in the facebook group. Its a great beer!! Pool - ok - warm water - lots going on - not very relaxing. Pool bar - busy, busy. Beach - PUBLIC - loads of thefts - sunglasses/flip-flops/earphones - too many “vendors” selling fake items. It really left a sour taste as the criminal element reflects on the hotel which is unfortunate Beach - POSITIVE - the drinks service was exceptional - our guy enrique was first class and a credit to the hotel. Entertainment - average-silent disco was great, live music ok, but the main attractions tended to be average only - and table bar service is SLOW. food - good for all inclusive. Main restaurant is good. The speciality restaurants were not really to our tastes. Overall we had an amazing time - we would all come back!!!

Desde que llegas se siente una atmósfera de lujo y buen gusto , trato amable , excelentes instalaciones , los restaurantes de lo mejor solo el bufet de cena del sábado 31 como que no fue un tanto acertado , las albercas , el Pool bar súper bien , en los snack de alberca creo que falta pizzas para estar al 100 , el room Service pedí un sandwich y no fue lo que esperaba muy desangelado , la playa de 10 las palmeras le dan ese toque súper , bebidas excelentes conozco otros RIU y este es el mejor , ampliamente recomendado

Fue una excelente estancia. solo un día jueves en el restaurante japones el encargado de asignar mesa fue poco cordial, y no nos quedaron ganas de entrar otro día a ese restaurante. muy distinto al restaurante internacional de a lado que todos los días fueron super amables y eficientes.

Por lo general todo fantástico, destacar la atención de todo el personal, desde la recepción, hasta el último/a de los camareros. Por poner algún pero, a modo constructivo, deberían incluir zapatillas de baño, mejorar estado de toallas y albornoces. Además pondría una carta de bebidas premium (con coste), vinos, ron, ginebra, etc... Y de todo el personal, el animador que presentaba los espectáculos, debería ser alguien que hablase algún idioma de manera clara, ponía mucho ímpetu pero no daba la talla. Lo demás, de verdad, de 10.
