Even though our unit was close to the beach we had to either rent beach chairs for 50 us a day or use a resturant f0r about 150 us aday and buy food and drink from them. then you got a credit for food and drink but the food was not good. we ended up buying chairs from walmart but had to leave them there. it was a pain having to carry them down everyday.I would never stay there again. Some people brougght camping chairs that would fit in their suitcase. Over all had a terrible time on this holiday

This was a great location for our family trip. The local beach was awesome. The restaurants in the area were great. It is an easy walk to the main shopping road. The staff was easy to work with and quick to help us hen asked. The buildings were clean.

Es una lastima que este lugar esta tan deteriodado ase unos an̈os estaba impecable y nuevo ahora no .Demasiada cucarachas grandes las Paredes estan en Mal estado el techo el rooftop los balcones nesesitan reparation Las cortinas viejas no cierran.Las toallas viejas el sevicio es Bueno pero el. Lugar nesesita demasiado trabajo y remodelacion de afuera y dentro .No es para vacaciones es deplorable por lo que cobran ponen fotos de antes no de ahora es Un asquito el lugar

We rented a condo from Playa Moments. The Check in was easy and communication was timely. Condo was clean, it needed some tlc but wasn't my job to fix it, so it was easy to overlook and enjoy my time. Aldea Thai is a great complex, Common areas are well kept and clean. Location is good, 1/2 block from Aldea Thai's entrance is Playa Mamitas beach. And on either side are two of the best beach clubs. Mamitas beach club and Coralina's Daylight club. On the same block you have a 7-11, Oxxo, El Patio restaurant, Freshy Fish, Subway, and 2 massage places. Two blocks away is Quinta Avenida(5th Ave). with all of it's dining and shopping options. The swim up bar is run by El Patio restaurant across the street, serving great food and drinks at reasonable prices. Pizza, Milanesa(chicken or beef),and the must try Empanadas ( Criolla, Chipotle Chicken, and Northern meats) We had all of these options and everything was delicious. At the swim up bar you will find Pablo. Who takes your food order runs around the pool down the front stairs and across the street to El Patio and back with a smile on his face and a "no problem it's my job attitude". While still being our go to Guy for Info on PDC, my very patient spanish tutor, who even let our 18yo niece be DJ for a couple of hours much to the displeasure of some of the other guests I'm sure, lol. I can't express how much Pablo added to our enjoyment of this complex.

Unit 306 No kitchen sink plug No dish soap No kitchen dish cloth Tap in 2nd bathroom is not secured - it wobbled on counter top Tap not centered and splashes over sink onto counter in master bath Fridge door is dinged up Pool is murky & pump broken when we got there Pool gurgles and is loud in suite Tiles falling off pool edge No cushions on pool deck for concrete bench Large Tree Planter cracked on pool deck Steps into master bath tub are dangerous Mold/mildew in bathrooms Master tap for tub/shower wobbles - not stable Toilet seat too small Toilet tank lid broken Toilet needs 2-3 flushes for #2 - to get stink out Light electrical cord Plugin cracked Wall outlets off centre Hair dryer has a short in the cord - only works if you hold the cord bent against blower Bed is urine/sweat stained & springs poke through - no cushioning Missing paintings on bedroom wall splash stains on wall behind head board Couch is sunken & dirty Only 1 english channel on the cable tv Ants crawling on bedroom floor & in water cups/dishes on the kitchen counter. Ants crawling on floor in bedroom Ants crawling on cups left at kitchen counter 1 facecloth in unit Towels are old/rough 1 facecloth in the whole unit UPC stickers on utensils/cups still (walmart) No furniture (ie//chairs/table) on either balcony Baseboards are chipped and gouged Air conditioner broke for 5 hrs

Terrible atención en área de recepción a Ruben parece que le hacen un favor el hospedarse se le ve ligeramente drogado, no sabe escribir los números de la reservación y se enoja si le repites el número, preferible reservar en otro hotel para el costo por día.

Booked via *********** but our review is not published for some reason. upon arrival Gerard told us that there needs to be talked about payment since they do not accept creditcards. The information on *********** is wrong and we were forced to pay in a different way. We rented the penthouse with private pool but the place is in so many ways broken and not looked after. Broken fridge/microwave/hairdryer/door/.... There is mould in 1 of the bathrooms. The airco is so loud it is impossible to sleep, ..... My photos won't upload so I can't show you in what bad shape the place is for the price you are paying. But I would not recommend this place. If you want to book anyways, I do hope you have better experience than we had.
