挺好的，酒店正前方就是海邊🏝幾步之遙。旺季來説算性價比非常高了，旁邊的小街邊就可以免費停車，也蠻方便的。

En general bien, hemos estado un fin de semana en invierno y quizás (y es entendible) no está todo ambientado para cuando hace frío. En la habitacion tuvimos frío pero rapidamente nos ayudaron y nos trajeron un calefactor y luego una manta. Un punto negativo esque quizas hay que hacerle mejor mantenimiento a las habitaciones para que no se filtren insectos indeseados🙄 El personal genial, llegamos a las 10am y ya teniamos nuestra habitacion lista (siendo que el check in es mas tarde). Nos invitaron a desayunar el primer dia, y hago hincapié en este punto ya que el desayuno es Brutal. Para todos los gustos, si eres vegano, vegetariano hay gran variedad de frutas, quesos, hay cocineros pata tener tortilla calentita y camareros sirviendote todo el café que necesites. Es un hotel quizas sea por la epoca, de gente mayor y alemana, cosa que no fue un inconveniente en absoluto para nosotros. El entorno quizas un poco desolado ya que estaba casi todo cerrado y para ir al centro nos teniamos que tomar un autobus de 25minutos pero salvo por eso todo genial. Pasamos muchas horas en el Spa y la verdad esque estuvo genial. Tienen un bar muy mono y los camareros geniales.

Location, Location, Location!!! This hotel is steps away from the beach and we had amazing views of the beach and sunset from our balcony. The hotel room and grounds were immaculate. The outdoor pool area was excellent. The front desk person that checked us in was AMAZING ( I wish I had gotten his name) He was friendly and provided us with local information on restaurants, shopping and excursions.

2nd visit to Acapulco hotel, and looking to book another, as I had such a pleasant stay. Room was pleasant and the lighting was good. TV had several English channels as well as German Italian and Austrian. Food was excellent, with a great deal of choice. Entertainment was reasonable but not to travel for. Indoor pool quite small but warm, with a Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, but don't forget that people don't bother with costumes when using the sauna etc here, it's quite accepted. Parking near the hotel is difficult, even in November, I don't think I'd try in high season. Bus (25) to Palma over the road takes max 30 minutes and costs 2 euro, some terminate by cathedral (Placa reina) or others go round the inner ring road (avenidas?) to Placa de espana. Airport bus stops very close too, but I think that is 5 euro.

Very good hotel. We come here several times a year and we will come back. It's on a quiet location, just behind Balinario 9.

the hotel is very clean, everyone is friendly and nice, at the reception in the restaurant... the view from the room is unreal, on the beach and the sea. we are delighted

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was amazing. The staff, the pools, the location. I enjoyed every single moment. Thank you for everything!

My daughter and I stayed here for three days, and paid a premium price for what I believed would be a premium stay. However it was far, far from that, and we both left feeling very disappointed and let down. On check in, no real welcome or even shown how to get to our room, until we both looked lost and eventually, someone came to help. Our room door was open on arrival, however as the housekeeper was nearby we thought she had left it open. It would later emerge that the door never locked when it was closed. This was repoerted to reception, and was repaired, but no apology. Room was tiny, had no bin or tissues, the balcony and bathroom were bigger. The toiletries dispensers did not work, and the only way to dispense was to remove the insert. The swimming pool was okay, although there was always lots of sand at the bottom of the pool. Spa area, steam room was not working, the stairs into the jacuzzi are really loose, an accident waiting to happen. Food quality was awful, for breakfast the orange juice, was actually squash! Fruit salad was tinned in syrup. The worst part was that my daughter has life threatening food allergies, and at all other hotels we have stayed in {Worldwide), the head chef has always walked round and showed her what she can eat, at every food service. Not here although after a lot of fuss and bother, a chef did show her around, but the reply "MAYBE OKAY", is not good enough or reassuring. It was so confusing and installed no confidence for my daughter whatsoever. On our departure day we checked the time we had to be out the room, was told midday. At 1130 I went up to the room to collect my case and use the bathroom, the card was blocked. I found a housekeeper who kindly opened the room and told me reception always do this ! To make things worse whilst getting undressed a staff member came into the room, said PARDON, Sorry and walked out! I reported to reception, who to be honest could not care less, all I kept getting was okay, okay, but the situation was far from okay. I had to ask for an apology. Requested to see a manager but no management apparently work at weekends. Must be the only hotel I have stayed out where no managers are available to speak too. Perhaps this hotel should only be open Monday to Friday. Absoloutely appalling place. I also stubbed my toe on the decking around the pool and at breakfast our table was never cleared and all the plates were stacked up. I sent e mails to the hotel asking for explanations, all I got was the offer of a generous discount on a future stay. Although I sent a reply, no other correspondance has been forthcoming, so my advice would be I could never reccomend this hotel based on our visit, and the whole management team should hold their heads in shame. The one point is for the lovely housekeeper who let me back into my room.

Beautiful hotel and staff are lovely and speak English well. Rooms excellent. Breakfast amazing. Very clean rooms and comfortable bed and showers have glass doors, no shower curtain.

Noisy hotel. The cleaners started shouting early in the morning, the residents were noisy until late at night. Clean although. Sea view was only a partial sea view on first floor. Food average. The different types of coffee were terribly thin slurs. Very nice personal, good service. Last year we were 2 weeks at HSM Golden Playa, much worthy four star hotel.
