H10 Conquistador

Para nosotros el hotel H!0 Conquistador es un 10. Ya estuvimos muchas veces alojados en este hotel. Todo esta muy bien.

This is my personal honest review of this hotel; Myself and family visited this hotel for one week to see the new year in. On arrival (approx 1pm) our room was not ready which it does state room access is from 3pm. So this was no problem the reception staff were very friendly and we was on first name terms within minutes “Tommy” kindly gave us a voucher to 3 free drinks which we could use in the bar whilst we waited. Within 1 hour Tommy phoned us and said our room was ready. 👍 Another kind member of staff approached us and took our bags to our room placed them in and then explained the air con and left us to it. First impressions of our room for 2 adults and 1 child was a light but small room. We had 3 single beds - 2 beds pushed together to make a double and 1 single bed for our child. 1 small double wardrobe and a dressing table with an undercounter fridge. We didn’t plan to be in the room much however eat little time we did spend we was bumping into each other. Plug sockets were another issue we had 2 sockets and 1 where the fridge was already plugged in. The bathroom was a walk in shower, sink and toilet with soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hairdryer, tooth brush, shower cap etc. First night sleep the bed squeaked a lot, I felt like I was in a jail bed unfortunately. As they was metal framed. First day - some useful things to remember: visit the spa for your towels €15 euro deposit each required. Don’t lose your ticket as your need this to return them on your last day you will then get your deposit back so long as you return wat you rented. First thing first - all sunbeds on the right hand side of the hotel will get taken first - this is where the sun shines all day. Left hand side was shaded so no one sits there, also do not lay your towels on sun loungers before 9am as hotel staff will remove your towels. We was only bed and breakfast so I can only review Breakfast and it was ok, everything was there that you would want - I wouldn’t of said it was piping hot but it was edible and for all you coffee lovers Starbucks is just outside at the back of the hotel and also a nice healthy cafe to that served nice breakfast and was always very busy. You can get there by using the hotel bk gate whilst using your wristband for entry and exit. There is a large pool - which is NOT heated, a smaller one near it which is heated and the aqua aerobics wee being held in that one and kids swimming in there. Adult area also had a heated pool. Sun loungers are very close to each other. Nice music in back ground, pool bar good and you don’t need to take cash as you can pay via your wrist band and settle your bill at reception - which I think is a great idea. Entertainment was ok, nothing too much jst enough to chill and listen to in back ground. Cleaners gave us clean towels and made our beds daily, I wouldn’t say the rooms were really cleaned during the stay as the bathroom had a funny urine odour towards the end of our stay and dust balls

If you are animal lover this is for you first room cockroach second room woken up by mouse scratching sitting on table moved room at 3am next morning found nest in back of fridge hotel and JET2 not bothered or interested wife couldn’t sleep for rest of holiday what a dump
