Park Club Europe - All Inclusive Resort

The good: 👍 The location is excellent, close to shops, beach and all you might need. The food is good, although sometimes is kinda repetitive there's great choices and is tasty. There's a great selection of drinks even though not the greatest brands still very enjoyable and the bar and restaurant staff was always pleasant to speak with. Animation crew and the shows were excellent and really made the stay even more pleasant. Rooms are big and spacious even if decor is a bit outdated, our room had amazing views. The main pool and the surrounding areas are beautiful and well kept. Just wish the Laguna beach pool was also heated. The bad:👎 Room cleaning was basic(spider webs in the bed lamps) but beds were made and fresh daily, most days they wouldn't take cups out.(we always bring water back to the bedroom) All reception staff were great and pleasant to deal with exception of Anna which was dry and sounded rude when I asked about shampoo/soap replenishment. Shampoo and Shower gel are only available when you start your stay(one sachet per person) these are not replenished daily, never experienced this on any hotel I've ever stayed. You'll be forced to go buy some in a shop.

Arrived later than expected and was happy to see bar was open quite late. First impression makes a great difference. 6 People (5 adults - 1 4yr old) Great rooms , 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the third floor. Was a bit of a trek but rooms were great. Cleaned every day with fresh towels and bed change every second day. Breakfast was ok if you were happy with toast and pastries but that was my only complaint for the food. Lunch & Dinner was lovely lots of choices. Wine & Beer was the perfect. You just help yourselves (good quality) Pool is great. The small kids pool was a NO NO. The sand was like gravel and it was salt water too. Kids club was great and the animation team were amazing. Alex and the rest of the team made such an effort. (Best Nights were the Tarzan and the Grease Night. Only real downfall was a lot of non English speaking people which made it a bit lonely for our Grandaughter and even my youngest son who only really had his family to talk to. All in all had a great holiday and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Went to the Medieval Night at the San Migel. EXCELLENT. Great for the kids. Went to the Market on the Sunday as i have been many times but if you didnt know it was on nobody advertised it or advised you. (no welcome meeting) All done now back to normality. Un calvaire pour aller mangé table exclusivement de 8 ,bruyant et serveurs pressés de débarrasser.; nourriture toujours pareils sur 1 semaine appart 1 journée il y avait du chinois enfin si on peux appeler chinois .Chambre bloc G 2 étage ,propreté acceptable mais sa sent le renfermer et bruyant le matin avec les chariots ,piscines froide pour un hôtel en all exclusive le 16H appart des fruits et quelques gâteaux si vous avez de la chance ! Mais bon pour le prix faut pas demander d avantage mais pour nous on adore Tenerife mais je choisirez un autre hôtel toujours à proximité du boulevard playa l’as america car très bien placé

We love this place! We returned for the third time this year and it just keeps getting better. By far the best thing about this hotel is the animation team. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. Special shout outs to Fabio and Alessio who work so incredibly hard and are so friendly and then also Elena and Francesca who our boys adored at kids club. All the animation team work so hard from putting on a massive array of activities which are all super fun (but you never feel pushed to do if you don’t fancy) to cooking by the pool and then the great shows in the evening. Great to see that there had been some investment in the shows this year with some new costumes etc and this has made them even better. Greatest Showman was a massive highlight. There are so many facilities in this hotel from the beautiful pools, sports facilities, parks and even small animals. The restaurants and bars offer a large variety of top quality food and drinks and great service too. We pay extra for one of the suites as it’s definitely worth the money as the rooms are gorgeous, clean and comfortable with great views. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, we will be returning! Thank you to everyone who gave us such a great holiday once again.

Quite honestly, an all-inclusive hotel is best for families and old people. My wife and I loved this hotel but it was a little more than what we needed or wanted. If you have a family this is great. Hotel staff was really great, I hope theyre being paid and treated well. Food kind of got boring after awhile but like what can you expect?

Place and staff were great. Very central location and David at the pool bar is a legend!
